A Minneapolis teenager shot his father and another man Saturday morning before killing himself.
Minneapolis police have not released the names of the victims and said the medical examiner will release the 18-year-old suspect’s name along with the cause and manner of death, KMSP reported.
Police responded to the home on the city’s southeast side, just a few blocks from the Mississippi River, shortly before 11 a.m. Saturday and found a 57-year-old man, believed to be the father of the teen, and a 54 year-old man wounded. The teen, 18, was dead.
Investigators are trying to figure out what led to the shooting and did not describe the two older men’s injuries, other than to say they are expected to survive.
