An Alabama couple who vanished on Valentine’s Day may have been found dead on Friday in what police are investigating as a homicide.
WBMA reported that Christan Norris and Angeliyah Webster, both 20, were apparently found shot in a car outside a home located in Wylam, a community in Birmingham. Detectives found the two bodies in the car after noticing the vehicle resembled the one the missing couple were last seen in.
According to WTVM, Norris and Webster vanished on Wednesday in Ensley while en route to a movie theater. Their disappearances were reported to authorities on Thursday.
Officials have not yet confirmed the shooting victims’ identities, but Birmingham police reportedly believe they are Norris and Webster. Police also revealed that both decedents are homicide victims, according to WBMA.
Police also stated that they are aware of claims that Webster was pregnant, though it is unconfirmed.
