Police arrested two people on Tuesday after finding six children locked inside a storage unit in Milwaukee.
Milwaukee Police said they found the children, including a 2-month-old baby, at about 1:30 a.m. Monday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel said.
The two people arrested — a 26-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man — arrested Tuesday morning, but police did not say what charges they face, although they described it as an “abuse/neglect” incident.
The children were alone when they were found, according to WISN. In addition to the 2-month-old, the children were 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9.
Police did not name the suspects and said the county district attorney’s office was reviewing the charges.
