Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow have sold their Beverly Hills home, thanks to the help of Josh Flagg and Josh Altman. It was reported by TMZ on Aug. 11 that the home sold on Monday for $16.5 million.
The Real Housewives of Orange County couple enlisted the help of the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agents to finally put their estate on the market earlier this year. And now, they’re finally letting go of their “dream house,” that they purchased in 2023 for $16 million.
Now, sources told TMZ that the buyer is not a celebrity, but someone who had “lingering regrets” after not being able to purchase it in 2023 when Heather and Terry did.
Josh Flagg took to Instagram the same day the deal closed, where he reposted the article, and also posted a series of photos of the outside of his home to his Instagram feed. “JUST SOLD,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “Last offered at $19,995,000.”
Why did Heather Dubrow sell her Beverly Hills house?
During RHOC Season 19, Episode 4, Heather opened up about why she and Terry decided to sell the home after putting so much money into renovating it, only to find asbestos in the house that they would have to get rid of. “It’s hard when you know you’re walking away from a project to put one more dime in it,” she explained during a confessional in the episode.Â
These renovations, combined with the fact that they only have their 14-year-old son, Ace, living in the house with them, contributed to the sale. “First, I thought of this as a failure because I can’t imagine not seeing the project through the end,” she noted. “But the more I think about this house, the more I realize how not viable it truly is for our family.”
“The universe is telling us to go elsewhere,” she concluded, after revealing that her three adult children have since scattered around the country.

During RHOC Season 18, the couple predicted that they were going to spend “two to three million” on landscaping, “just over two million” on the guest house, and even more on a home movie theater, bringing the renovations to $32 million. “This house, we’re going to bring down to the studs,” Heather explained during RHOC Season 18, Episode 1.

“There are no bigger real estate agents than Josh Altman and Josh Flagg, and they had a bit of a falling out,” Heather explained during a confessional. “I’d like to think it’s a testament to how much they both love me. But it could be the commission check as well.”
“I got the call, ‘Hey, I want you to co-list with Flagg,'” Josh Altman told Heather during the episode. “I couldn’t tell you how thrilled I was. Only you could make this happen.”
