Steven McBee Jr., the oldest of the McBee brothers, confirmed on the August 20 episode of the So Bad It’s Good with Ryan Bailey podcast that the Tennessee bachelor pad had been sold. As reported by Taste of Country, the luxurious 2,805-square-foot home had been on the market since April and gained an interested buyer in July. Steven, for his part, said that he had just signed the closing documents for the listing less than an hour before the podcast recording.

“We decided that Nashville was not the place for us anymore,” he explained. “We get in too much trouble when we go down there.”

As viewers are surely aware, the East Nashville home has been the backdrop of the McBee men’s work trips on both Seasons 1 and 2 of The McBee Dynasty, and it’s often a place for wild parties, bringing women back, dramatic confrontations, and even smashing car windows. Recently, it was also where Steven McBee Sr. made a shocking surprise visit on Season 2, Episode 7, amidst the family’s legal woes.

Everything to know about the McBees’ Nashville home

The McBees spared no expense in the lavish four-story home, which had been listed for sale at $1,589,900, according to Taste of Country. Several balconies, a rooftop terrace with its own bar and stunning downtown views, plus impeccable finishing touches and floor-to-ceiling windows, were just some of what helped the family rent out the property on Airbnb.

On the rental site, the home was named “The Onyx Haus,” boasting four bedrooms and four bathrooms, just minutes from the city’s historic Broadway district and the Grand Ole Opry.

Per its rental listing, the home “is a contemporary masterpiece that seamlessly blends breathtaking views with luxurious living. Each floor offers a unique ambiance, from the grandeur of the first-floor king bedroom to the dramatic murals adorning the living spaces.”

Of the property’s many striking murals, a grayscale portrait of Kurt Cobain in the dining room and an octopus in one of the bedrooms were cast large throughout the home’s walls.

The final purchase price of the home remains unclear.

How the McBee brothers are working to pay off a $6 million debt

Meanwhile, Steven and his brothers, Jesse McBee, Cole McBee, and Brayden McBee, are striving to keep the family farm from drowning in a $6 million debt amid a looming FBI investigation.

The company’s CFO and Steven Sr.’s ex-girlfriend, Galyna Saltovska, spoke to Bravo’s The Daily Dish while attending DIRECTV’s Plot Twist — Featuring Bravo event in New York City on August 12 and teased that viewers are “in for a big surprise.” And, of the financial status of the farm, she added, “I’m super good with finances, like there’s a lot always going on about finances in my head.”
