Tracy Tutor has thoughts after seeing fellow real estate agent Josh Altman hang out with her ex-husband, Jason Maltas.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent finalized her divorce from her ex in 2019, and has since been forging her own path. But, Tracy revisited her past when Josh posted a photo of him and Jason to Instagram hanging out together in Orange County on Aug. 20.
In the photo, both men can be seen smiling so widely while standing outside of the Altman Brothers office. Josh then took to the caption of the post, where he gave a look inside of his friendship with Jason.
“Always good catching up with my brother from another mother Jason Maltas at [The Altman Brothers] office in OC,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “One of the best guys ever. When we hang we smile ear to ear. Lots to laugh about.”
Tracy then took to the comments of the post, where she remarked on Josh and Jason’s reunion. “I’m dead,” she wrote.
“I didn’t know Altman and my ex and best friend Jason were brothers,” she added with a crying while laughing emoji.
Josh also took to his Instagram Story that same day, where he posted a selfie of him and Jason, taken at a different angle. But he reiterated just how close they are.
“Hanging out with my brother from another mother Jason Maltas,” he wrote over the snapshot. “One of the best guys ever. Tons to laugh about.”

Throughout MDLLA Season 15, Tracy found herself in between Josh Altman and fellow real estate agent Josh Flagg, with whom he was at odds with. “I’m sort of in between them, helping them navigate it,” Tracy told Decider in July 2024.
But, Tracy admitted that a sense of competition did exist between all three real estate agents. “We all love each other, but at the end of the day, there’s always gonna be competitiveness, and the two of them, two egos colliding, it sometimes could be a little toxic,” she told Us Weekly that same month.

Josh Altman also set Tracy up on a disastrous date with his friend, Dr. Ben, during MDLLA Season 15, Episode 9, which caused Tracy to question her friend. “What was Altman thinking?” she asked during a confessional. “Like, is this where he thinks I belong?”

During MDLLA Season 11, Episode 1, Tracy spoke about her divorce from Jason, after years of marriage and having two daughters together.
“Earlier this year, Jason and I decided to divorce after 17 years together,” she explained during a confessional. “It’s been a difficult time, but the hardest part is that I don’t see my girls every day because we share custody.”

“When I don’t have my kids, I try to focus much more on work and friends,” she added. “And when my kids are with me, I’m laser focused on them. And who knows? Maybe I’m ready to see what’s out there.”
