The Real Housewives of Miami besties Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton are like sisters (or, perhaps more accurately, “bros”), and yes, that also includes some sibling-like bickering.
The duo’s fight-hard-love-harder dynamic has certainly been on display throughout their joint interview setup on The Real Housewives of Miami After Show. In the most recent installment that followed Season 7, Episode 12, for example, Alexia apparently took issue with Marysol stealing the spotlight.
While discussing Stephanie Shojaee’s strict private jet rules in the clip above, Marysol cut off Alexia and asked if she could be the one to answer the producer’s unaired question.
“You’ve been talking the whole time!” Alexia fired back, before telling the interviewer, “Then, she says it’s me, just like she says I take longer to do my hair. I haven’t even talked, so you know.”

After Marysol replied, “Has she not talked today?” her Ay Por Favor podcast co-host continued, “No, you’re talking a lot — which is great, because I love you to talk — but…”
The two continued to have minor disagreements about such low-stakes drama as their bathroom habits aboard airplanes, before eventually coming back together in agreement that Stephanie’s mile-high “no pooping” rule “didn’t bother” them.

So far on RHOM Season 7, the biggest issue between the two has involved Marysol’s opposition to Alexia’s on-and-off relationship with now-ex-husband Todd Nepola. In fact, they had just gotten into a shouting match over that exact subject on the After Show‘s premiere, which dropped one week earlier.
In that instance, Marysol was peeved that she’d not only co-planned the Spain trip to distract Alexia from her relationship drama, but she also gave up a seat on Stephanie’s plane so they could fly to Seville together. That didn’t stop her BFF from putting her wedding ring back on or sneaking away to her hotel room for nightly chats with Todd, though.

“Seriously, Alexia, I literally gave up a f–kin’ flight on a private jet for you to go to Spain to get over Todd, and you’re still wearing your wedding ring,” Marysol pointed out. “Do you remember how many airports we went through dragging our luggage? I could have flown there direct, sleeping like a f–kin’ baby on the plane. And you were still wearing your ring, so you weren’t finished.”
When Marysol insisted that she’d simply hoped to give her “some f–kin’ peace,” Alexia clapped back, “And you didn’t! You f–kin’ gave me more chaos!”
Citing an early blowout with Stephanie in Spain, she added, “All of you gave me more emotional chaos than what I had at home.”

Earlier, the RHOM cast split into two groups during the episode, separating Alexia and Marysol for their respective Seville outings. While shopping for flamenco dresses, several of the ladies in Marysol’s group gave their unfiltered thoughts on the duo’s close friendship.
Following her dinner argument with Alexia the night before, Stephanie opened up about feeling “taken aback” by Marysol’s “mean” response. (A flashback showed Marysol declaring of Alexia, “Every day of the week I’m gonna bet on this f–kin’ horse because she’ll bury anyone. She’s such a good fighter.”)Â
After briefly discussing the drama, Stephanie told her, “I’m just happy that we get a moment with you alone, because I feel we get a different Marysol when [Alexia is] not around.”
Adriana de Moura, meanwhile, chimed in, “I like that, too,” prompting Stephanie to continue, “At some point, you don’t want to become your friend’s stepping stool.”
Using shifting ice cream preferences as an analogy in a confessional, Stephanie elaborated, “I’m like, ‘This is just weird.’ I don’t feel like Marysol has to be Alexia’s hype man all the time.”
As Lisa Hochstein added in the dress shop, “You have her back almost to a fault.”
Appearing uncomfortable in that moment, Marysol attempted to quickly change the subject. Afterward, however, she admitted that Alexia is “not easy to be around” when things aren’t good with Todd. “It gets unpleasant,” Marysol revealed.
That’s when Larsa Pippen warned her that she would “lose Alexia” if she and Todd got back together. Marysol, for her part, copped to having her own fears about that hypothetical, while later predicting that she would never see Todd again, regardless.
