Police in Michigan have arrested a suspect in the murders of a 41-year-old Hazel Park woman and her 12-year-old son.
The 43-year-old man, who has not been named, was arrested on Tuesday, the Hazel Park Police Department said.
The victims, since identified as Linda Hill and her son Kardi Jackson, were found dead in their home with traumatic injuries on Monday, as CrimeOnline reported.
Sources told WDIV the victims had injuries to their necks.
Police said they p0executed a search warrant at a home in Pontiac on Tuesday and arrested the suspect, police said. Detectives said they recovered evidence linked to the murders at the home but did not say what led them there.
