Andy Cohen’s new apartment has been the perfect place for him and his two kids to call “home.” The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host has officially been in his new home since the end of June, and he has been loving the outdoor space at his new place.
The dad of two took to his Instagram Story recently, where he posted two photos and perspectives from his outdoor space, taken at two different times of the day. Andy captured his serene morning in the first photo, taking a picture of his yellow coffee mug as it sat on top of a coffee table while he observed the skyline behind him.
He later snapped a photo of the most gorgeous orange and yellow sunset, as it set against the water behind his apartment. Andy took the photo from inside the apartment, showing how the sunset brought such a warm glow inside his home.
Andy Cohen opens up about the problem with his apartment
Although Andy has been loving the skyline view from his apartment, he does have one issue with it. The hotel that sits across the water in Hoboken, New Jersey, is so “bright” when it is lit up at night. He called the hotel’s neon light “blazingly bright” in a video, posted to his Instagram Story on Sept. 4, as the hotel sits right across the water from his apartment. Andy shared that he “implored the folks, our friends,” at the hotel to “dim it.”Â

“Dim the light for those of us in Manhattan who look at it,” he continued, before showing off the “dimmer” blue colored light in front of him. “I would argue that it’s more pleasing, which makes me think that the folks at the W are listening.”
Andy Cohen reveals his favorite thing about his new apartment
Sure, he might be slightly annoyed by the lights shining into his apartment, but Andy is so appreciative of his outdoor space. In an interview with The Daily Dish in December 2024, Andy admitted that the outside area was a selling point for him.

“The outdoor space was really huge,” he said. “I mean, the outdoor space was the tipping point cause I’m living in my dream apartment.”Â
Andy had previously shown off the views from his new apartment in two posts to his Instagram Story in July 2024. He also revealed that his custom gold disco ball had also found a home in the apartment.
Details on Andy Cohen’s summer in the Hamptons
Andy hasn’t just been spending time in NYC — he’s also been spending a lot of time in the Hamptons. The dad of son, Benjamin Allen Cohen, and daughter, Lucy Cohen, took to Instagram in July, where he captured scenes from his Hamptons beach house.Â
Andy also took to Instagram on Aug. 26, where he asked Ben about his “favorite part of summer” in the Hamptons. “You hanging out with us…and going to The Lobster Roll with us…and reading books to us,” Ben said.
“That’s been really good for me too, man; I love hanging out with you,” Andy replied.
