Not only does the tea promise to be piping hot on Ladies of London: The New Reign, but the tea also “hits different” this time around, according to a brand-new teaser released on Sept. 14.
The show from across the pond is back after an eight-year hiatus, and this time it features a “new wave of British blue bloods, ambitious American expats and glamorous international socialites,” according to the show’s initial announcement in May.
It continued: “As tradition clashes with the fast-paced globalized world, these power players redefine what it means to be a woman of status in one of the most iconic cities in the world. Here, connections are currency and the crown isn’t the only thing up for grabs.”
Ladies of London originally aired on Bravo for three seasons, starting in 2014, and followed the lives of a group of women including Caroline Stanbury, who went on to join The Real Housewives of Dubai.
When does Ladies of London: The New Reign premiere?
A new tease for Ladies of London: The New Reign promises that the show is “coming soon,” although no exact premiere date has been released.
The show’s return was first announced on May 7, along with other new shows including The Valley Persian Style (wt) featuring several Shahs of Sunset friends, along with Wife Swap: Real Housewives Edition and The Real Housewives of Rhode Island.
In addition to hats and fascinators, Ladies of London: The New Reign also promises conflict, epic feuds and drama.
When Ladies of London first premiered, it featured a group of fashionistas and socialites (both British and American). For three seasons, the show followed the women as they navigated their personal and professional lives in the upper crust of London. By the time the show wrapped up, the Season 3 cast included Caroline, as well as her ex-sister-in-law Sophie Stanbury, and Juliet Angus, Marissa Hermer, Caroline Fleming, and Julie Montagu.
Even Caroline Stanbury’s own children couldn’t resist watching the look into high society. “I actually came home the other day and found my daughter in bed with a girlfriend of hers — in my bed — watching it. So they kind of sneak and watch it,” Caroline told Andy Cohen during a May 2021 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
