Audriana Giudice just celebrated her Sweet 16 and was feeling the love. Teresa Giudice and ex-husband Joe Giudice’s youngest of four daughters turned 16 years old on Sunday, Sept. 14, and she was showered with so much attention on her milestone birthday, including all the way from the West Coast, from her extended family.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter’s mom, dad, stepdad, and siblings took to Instagram over the weekend to wish her a happy birthday. Audriana’s godmother, Dina Manzo, also took to her Instagram Story on Sunday, where she posted the sweetest message for her goddaughter.Â
Dina posted a photo of Audriana, wearing all white, to her Instagram Story, along with some kind words. “Happy Sweet 16, gorgeous Audriana,” she wrote over the photo. “Keep shining your light wherever you go.”
Audriana’s eldest sister, Next Gen NYC‘s Gia Giudice, also took to her Instagram Story, where she opened up about her bond with her sibling. “Happy sweet 16 to the most gorgeous girl,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “I am so lucky to have you as my baby sis. I hope this year brings you everything you want and more. I love you times a million!”
How Joe Giudice celebrated daughter Audriana’s birthday living in the Bahamas
Although Audriana’s dad was unable to celebrate her birthday with her in person, Joe did so from his home in the Bahamas. Joe took to his Instagram account on Sept. 15, where he posted a series of new and old photos of his youngest daughter.
“Happy Sweet 16 to my beautiful [Audriana]!” Joe wrote in the caption of the post. “I’m so proud of the amazing young woman you’re becoming — smart, strong, and full of heart. No matter how fast you grow, you’ll always be my little girl. Love you forever.”
Teresa took to the comments of the post, where she left three pink heart emojis, along with a message of her own. “Love you to the moon and back,” she wrote.

Audriana celebrated her sweet sixteen with a low-key celebration with family at home in New Jersey. Both Gia and Teresa took to their Instagram Story, where they showed Audriana’s homemade birthday meal, which included a gigantic bowl of pasta, three different pizzas, chicken cutlets, a green salad, and other delicious-looking side dishes.
“Only the best for [Audriana],” Gia wrote over the photo.
The teenager then got to blow out the candles on a rectangular sheet cake, decorated with blue frosting and heart-shaped candles. A plate of Italian cookies also sat beside the cake, giving her family some delicious options.
“I hope all your wishes come true,” Gia wrote over a photo of Audriana blowing out her candles.

Teresa and her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, also posted their very own tributes to Audriana. Teresa posted a collection of photos of her youngest daughter, taken over the years, including some gorgeous formal portraits of Audriana as a baby, to Instagram on Sunday.
“It’s hard to believe you’re already sixteen,” Teresa wrote in the caption of the post. “Watching you grow into such a beautiful young lady has been the biggest joy of my life. Your kindness and compassion are so genuine, and I admire how determined and hardworking you are when it comes to going after the things you care about. You’ve always had such a wise and mature heart, even at a young age. You light up my world, and being your mom is the greatest gift I could ever ask for. I love you to the moon and back.”

Louie also took to Instagram, where he posted a Reel filled with photos of Audriana, taken on her birthday over the years. “Happy Sweet 16th Birthday Beautiful!!!!!!” he wrote in the caption of the post. “Never forget how loved you are, not just today, but every single day. Never stop chasing your dreams, shining your light, and always being YOU. The world is so ready for you! Celebrating you today and always!! LOVE YOU so much.”
Milania Giudice’s birthday tribute to sister, Audriana Giudice
Milania Giudice, who is currently in her sophomore year at the University of Tampa, was unable to celebrate her younger sister’s birthday with her, in person. But, she still made the time to show her appreciation for her sister on her birthday, posting a series of photos of her to her Instagram Story.
“Happy birthday to my best friend for life,” she wrote. “I love you so much Audriana. I don’t know what I would do without [you] little one. I miss u I’m so sad I can’t squeeze you today happy birthday my baby.”
Audriana Giudice shares an update on her relationship with Dina Manzo today
Audriana shared an update on her relationship with Dina during an appearance on Gia’s podcast in July 2025. During the episode, the high school student admitted that it was hard for her to frequently see her “Aunt Dina” who currently lives in California.Â

“I mean, we really don’t have a relationship anymore,” she said. “We’ll text each other on holidays, [but] I never talk to her consistently. I mean, and it’s kind of sad because we used to have such a good relationship when I was younger, and she would always take me out, and we would have so much fun together, but we don’t have those anymore.”
