Ariana Biermann is reflecting on how far she’s come. The Next Gen NYC cast member practically grew up on camera when her mom, Kim Zolciak, joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 1, and she has changed so much since then. Ariana showed off all of the major progress that she’s made on herself in a video posted to her Instagram account on Sept. 14.
In the video, Ariana can be seen just a little bit younger before her fitness journey, before the camera flashed to photos of her now. “To the girl I was, you’ve come so far, I’m proud of you,” she wrote in the caption of the post, along with a heart. “Crazy,” she wrote in the caption of the video, which she also posted to TikTok.
Ariana’s boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, took to the comments where he showed his appreciation for his partner at every stage. “I always loved you and thought you were beautiful no matter what,” he wrote.
Wellness and fitness are now a part of Ariana’s life. She took to her Instagram Story on Sept. 15, where she posted a selfie of her wearing a brown workout outfit in her NYC apartment. “Workout 1 done,” she wrote over the photo. “PS I don’t wear the same thing to the gym everyday here is proof,”

This isn’t the only time that Ariana has reflected on her evolution. In July 2021, Ariana took to her Instagram Story, where she was very honest about her transformation throughout the years. “I’m so over everyone acting like I lost 50 pounds overnight,” she wrote in one Instagram Story at the time. “I worked my ass off to get to where I am today.”

She continued, sharing the specific workout and diet routine for herself. “I wish I could give [y’all] some insane secret to get skinny overnight, but I [can’t],” she wrote. “[That’s] not what I did… So [it’s] a process. It takes time. But believe in yourself. Do it for you.”
