Dolores Catania has always been forthcoming about her cosmetic procedures. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member has been an open book when it comes to talking about plastic surgery, and is continuing this streak of honesty today.
The Traitors Season 3 winner took to Instagram on Sept. 12, where she revealed that she got Renuvion — a minimally invasive skin tightening cosmetic procedure — done to her hands to tighten the loose skin on them. This comes after Dolores got the same procedure done to her knees last year (more on that down below) and was named Renuvion’s “Chief-of-Confidence” in June.
This procedure, done by plastic surgeon Dr. Adam Rubenstein, was to help target an insecurity of Dolores’. Furthermore, she revealed that this is part of her “preparation” for her son, Frankie Catania’s upcoming wedding to fiancé, Nicole Perricho. “As a soon to be mother-of-the-groom, this was such an important part of my preparation,” she said in the video. “I wanna feel my very best for the next chapter in my life and now when I look down at my hands, I see a woman who is strong and proud. The difference is truly undeniable.”
“Now [my hands] reflect the strength and confidence I feel on the inside,” she noted.
She also took to her Instagram Story on Friday, Sept. 12, where she posted a before-and-after photo of her hands.
Dolores Catania reveals how her future daughter-in-law plays a role in her beauty routine
Dolores later took to Instagram on Monday, Sept. 15, where she revealed that she got her lips injected by someone very special — her future daughter-in-law, who is known as “the Lip Boss of New Jersey.” The mother of two took to her Story, where she posted a photo of her newly injected lips. “Soooo excited my lips look hydrated and beautiful,” she wrote over the photo, tagging Nicole. “Pain free, no bruises, amazing!!!”

Nicole then took to her own Instagram account, where she praised her new patient. “I had the honor of doing my future mother-in-law’s lips and OH. MY. GOD,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Dolores Catania opens up about her first experience with Renuvion
Dolores exclusively spoke with The Daily Dish in mid-November 2024 about her experience with Renuvion. She first got it done to fix the loose skin around her knees, which was caused by a liposuction surgery years prior.
“Well, because for a long time now I’ve been looking for something for skin-tightening,” she explained. “Anybody who’s been doing plastic surgery as long as I have, I have to say, I’m pretty lucky — except for the fact that back when we were getting liposuction years ago, no one warned us about the loose skin that would follow it.”

She continued, noting that she has had “more confidence” from her procedure. “To be self-conscious about something, especially, something on your body, you’re constantly aware of it. I just want freedom from that,” she noted. “I want freedom from always trying to hide something on my body ’cause I was embarrassed of it or ashamed of it or I couldn’t stand the look of it.”
