FAUQUIER COUNTY, Va. (TCN) —Â A 28-year-old woman will spend time behind bars for creating sexual abuse material of two children she knew and sending it to her then-boyfriend.
The Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office announced that on Sept. 15, a judge sentenced Anna Layher to life with all but 30 years suspended and life with all but 20 years suspended after she previously pleaded guilty to rape of a child under 13 years old and object sexual penetration of a child under 13 years old. Layher will have to register as a sex offender and be on supervised probation for the rest of her life if she is ever released.
In total, the defendant will serve 50 years consecutive to a federal sentence of 40 years related to sexual exploitation of children. Layher was sentenced on the federal case in September 2024.
According to the sheriff’s office, in 2023 and 2024, Layher created “sexually explicit” videos and photos of two children she knew and sent them to her then-boyfriend, Davey Sisk.
Sisk received 40 years in federal prison in October 2024 for sexually exploiting and attempting to sexually exploit a child, as well as receiving child pornography.
