Madison LeCroy says she’s back in “full force.”
Just months after giving birth to her daughter, Teddi Randle, the Southern Charm cast member revealed her next exciting career move. Madison shared her plans in a September 17 Instagram video filmed during her family trip to New York City.
“Today is a big day,” she began from inside The Plaza Hotel. “I got a lot of stuff going on, but more importantly, I gotta tell you guys something. So, I am here to let you guys know I will be opening a hair salon in Charleston, South Carolina. It is going to be big. It is going to be amazing. I’m gonna show you a sneak peek of what it’s going to look like.”
Madison LeCroy is hiring salon staff: “We’re gonna be like a little family”
Madison said she was in the early phases of building the business and was now looking to fill stylist and management positions.
“So, if you guys are interested… You do not have to [be] local. I’m actually looking for people outside of Charleston,” she explained. “I want fresh, fun [employees]… We’re gonna be like a little family. If you are interested, please shoot it over. We will jump on a Zoom call. If we get past that point, I will fly you out to Charleston, and we can discuss it further. But yeah, January 2026, this will be happening.”

Madison LeCroy’s History in the Hairstyling Business
Madison is no stranger to the beauty service industry. In fact, the licensed cosmetologist moved to Charleston at the age of 17 and secured a job at a local salon. It was there that she was introduced to Southern Charm socialite Patricia Altschul, who essentially “trained” Madison how to do her hair.
After building a solid clientele, Madison opened a Charleston-based studio salon, Maven. She and her business partner closed down the salon several years ago.

Over the past year, Madison has hinted at potentially opening a salon in the Charleston area; however, those plans were seemingly put on pause as she prepared to give birth to Teddi. The South Carolina native shares her baby girl with her husband of nearly three years, Brett Randle. She is also a mom to a 12-year-old son, Hudson, from a previous marriage.

“I’ve always loved hair. Anything beauty, I’m obsessed with it,” she said in her September 18 Amazon Live stream. “I just think that there’s something about giving someone that confidence. When they walk out of a salon with a fresh blowout, and it’s, like, instantly, they’re 2 inches taller, and they’re bouncing out of here, that just makes me so happy. I feel like everybody deserves to have that.”
Madison then suggested she may get back behind the chair once the business opens.
“So when you come to my salon in Charleston, I’ll be sure that someone there — or maybe even myself — will be able to give you that,” she said. “We’re coming back. It’s just, I had to have a baby, build my family… Now it’s full force.”
