Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper are taking their legendary friendship on tour.
On Sept. 24, the two A.C.s and New Year’s Eve Live hosts jointly announced via Instagram that they’re packing their long-lasting antics for the road, adding a stop in New York City for two nights and two nights only. On Jan. 23 and 24, 2026, fans can catch the pair at the Beacon Theatre for “AC2: An Intimate Evening with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen.”
Pre-sale tix are available now, using the code “AC2.”
Said Andy of the CNN broadcast journalist in the video announcement, “Well, this is exciting! I have convinced grandpa over here to go back on the road.” The host of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen then asked Anderson what fans could expect from the live show, and the answer was, “I think you’ll laugh, you’ll cry … it’s a multi-centric experience.”
Joked Andy, “I think when we were in Seattle on this tour, they ran out of vodka in the place.”
What to expect at Andy Cohen’s tour with Anderson Cooper
Since 2015, the pair’s unscripted show has attracted flocks of famous faces, with stops in major cities across the country. After several years on pause, the men announced in July on Instagram that they would “re-launch” the event in Boston this coming November (tickets are on sale now).
When debuting their AC2 tour in 2015, Anderson told Bravo’s The Daily Dish, “It’s what it’d be like to hang out with us for a little … It’s all unscripted and unplanned. We want it to be an interactive show, a peek behind the curtain, stuff you won’t see on television.”

Details on Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper’s friendship
Andy and Anderson met in the ‘90s when mutual friends tried — and failed — to set them up on a blind date, both admitted in a 2017 episode of The Tonight Show. Fast forward to Andy hosting WWHL beginning in 2009, and the news anchor joining one year later as a regular guest.
Today, Anderson has a tally of nearly two dozen appearances. In December 2024, Andy counted down Anderson’s best WWHL moments: from Andy asking Anderson’s late mother, Gloria Vanderbilt, about her first orgasm to Anderson’s infamous “gay shark” appearance at BravoCon.
Elsewhere, since 2017, millions have tuned in to the comedic duo as they usher in the New Year with the ball drop on CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live.
What’s more, Andy’s kids, 6-year-old Benjamin Allen Cohen and 3-year-old Lucy Eve Cohen, are peas in a pod with Anderson’s sons, 5-year-old Wyatt and 3-year-old Sebastian. Most recently, the families had an “epic” spring break at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida.
Andy took to Instagram to say, “It was the ultimate family vacation. What a joy!”

What else is new in Andy Cohen’s career
In addition to touring with Anderson, Andy announced on Sept. 15 that his contract with Sirius XM had been extended for another three years. This means his celeb-studded live show, Radio Andy (which just celebrated 10 years on the air), and his music channel, Andy Cohen’s Kiki Lounge, will go forth with its continued success.
In a statement, Andy said, “I feel incredibly lucky to have a home at SiriusXM that’s allowed me to build a destination for pop culture and fun, featuring talent that I love and admire. SiriusXM appreciates talent, and I appreciate them!”
