The Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 ended on a high note, with two musical performances and no less than four separate parties.
To cap off the RHOM Season 7 finale, cast members Alexia Nepola, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Guerdy Abraira, Larsa Pippen, Stephanie Shojaee, along with friends Kiki Barth, Adriana de Moura, and Marysol Patton, came together for a holiday bash that was filled with plenty of naughty and nice moments.
Amidst a flurry of friendship makeups and breakups, Stephanie, who hosted the group at her company’s Christmas celebration, reminded her sparring castmates, “This is the holidays. It’s about giving back, loving each other, joy. This is crazy. Like, really.”
So, she decided to spread cheer in the form of presents for the ladies. As Kiki put it in a confessional, “Screw the healers, the shaman, life coaches. You know what brings this group together? Gifts.”
The holiday magic could only last so long though, leaving plenty of drama to unpack and revisit at the RHOM Season 7 reunion, which premieres on Oct. 2. In the meantime, catch up on everything the women have been up to since filming wrapped.
How Adriana de Moura ended Season 7 of RHOM
After performing some of her fan-favorite songs, including “Feel the Rush” and “Fyah” (as well as an unreleased track, “I Love My Dog,” which the RHOM cast largely panned) at Stephanie’s event, Adriana is “working on taking her show on the road,” according to her finale end card.
However, there will be “one less fan in the crowd,” as Adriana is “still not speaking to Julia,” after their finale sitdown failed to yield any sort of reconciliation between the former besties.

“I saw the red flags, I saw the signs, but I tried to not look at it because I was too loyal of a friend,” Adriana said on The Real Housewives of Miami After Show while claiming that Julia “used” her to get into the friend group. “But it gets to the point where sometimes you can only take so much and it’s time to, you know, face the truth.”
On the romance front, Adriana also spilled that the relationship with her French boyfriend “didn’t work out, unfortunately,” due to “distance” and some unspecified “red flags” that she noticed. Today, she is still looking for a partner, noting that she’s more than “down” to join Bravo’s Love Hotel.
How Kiki Barth ended Season 7 of RHOM
Kiki squashed her beef with Adriana earlier in the evening, but Marysol spilled new intel that landed their friendship back in uncertain territory.
While rebuilding their bond, Kiki brought her father, Larest, as her plus-one to the holiday bash where Stephanie unveiled the “Kiki’s Kouraj” charity cocktail in her honor, benefitting the Haitian Health Foundation. A post-finale update revealed that “Kiki and her dad’s relationship is still a work in progress,” however.
As Kiki explained on the RHOM After Show, “I love my dad, and we’re taking baby steps. I don’t feel like we’re where we need to be at yet, but I feel like he’s been very helpful. And a lot of stuff he say, I don’t agree with, but again, that’s my dad.”

She went on to describe how it is “not fair” that she is expected to check on and “provide for” her dad, with whom she likely would not communicate if she did not reach out first. Kiki is now at the point where she’s realized the best path forward is simply to “accept him for who he is.” However, the fashion model is “focusing more” on her own wellbeing these days and said that she wants to buy her own home.
Indeed, the RHOM finale noted that Kiki “is getting ready to purchase her first condo in one of Stephanie’s new buildings.”
That’s not all the duo has coming up, either. Now that her Shoma Bazaar cocktail has raised more than $10,000, Kiki teased that she’s “working on” more projects with Stephanie and encouraged fans to “stay tuned” for details.
How Julia Lemigova ended Season 7 of RHOM
After hosting and performing at an event focused on opera and foster care during the Season 7 finale, Julia co-starred in Florida Grand Opera’s production of Carmen in April 2025.
Throughout RHOM Season 7, Julia opened up about how her and wife Martina Navratilova’s adoption of two sons led to a heartbreaking estrangement from her two adult daughters, Victoria (aka Vika) and Emma.
Julia’s Season 7 finale end card offered one hopeful update, revealing that “Vika has finally met the boys.” However, Emma still has not spent any time with her adopted brothers.
As for the demise of her and Adriana’s friendship, Julia insisted on the RHOM After Show that she was “loyal” and “extremely got attached to her,” before admitting that she still doesn’t fully understand how their once-tight bond unraveled so decisively.Â
How Larsa Pippen ended Season 7 of RHOM
In addition to finishing up renovations on her new house, Larsa is still dating retired NBA pro Jeff Coby. What’s more, Jeff “predicts that they’ll be married by the end of the year.” (They have already been looking at engagement rings, after all.)
Already a mom of four, Larsa previously shared on the RHOM After Show that she has 11 eggs on ice and is open to having more kids with Jeff in the future. As her post-Episode 17 update stated, “Just in case, Larsa plans on freezing more eggs.”
Though they made up on the RHOM cast’s cruise, Lisa and Larsa’s feud reignited post-filming, as they both revealed on the RHOM After Show.
How Guerdy Abraira ended Season 7 of RHOM
Guerdy, who took viewers inside her mental health journey this season, “continues to take solo therapy,” per her finale end card.
Currently about two years in remission from breast cancer, she “has no plans for additional reconstructive surgery — for now.”
As Guerdy recently told The Daily Dish, her and husband Russell Abraira’s two sons, Miles, 18, and Liam Abraira, 12, are their “number one priority.”
How Lisa Hochstein ended Season 7 of RHOM
Inspired by her “tumultuous divorce” from Dr. Lenny Hochstein, Lisa and boyfriend Jody Glidden developed an app called SplitWell, which offers AI-powered legal insights, support, and daily guidance.
“When I started [SplitWell,] it wasn’t just about building an app, it was about gaining independence after my divorce and creating something that could empower others to take their power back too,” Lisa captioned a July 2025 Instagram announcement, in part.
Despite dropping some not-so-subtle engagement hints to Jody on RHOM, “his marriage proposal is still in development.”
How Stephanie Shojaee ended Season 7 of RHOM
Sitting down with husband Masoud Shojaee, Stephanie admitted to having a “lot of thoughts” about the future racing through her mind, including them possibly having a baby, as well as the estrangement from her identical twin sisters.
“I have left them voicemails,” Stephanie said. “All I want is a phone call from one of my sisters. It doesn’t even have to be both.”
Soon after, Stephanie’s “dream” came true, according to her end card: “One twin started talking to her, but the other has not.”
Stephanie provided even more intel on the RHOM After Show, sharing that one sister is currently “completely MIA” and she has no contact info for her. Meanwhile, she took in her other sister’s dog, and they now communicate about twice a week.
How Marysol Patton ended Season 7 of RHOM
In their final bro-to-bro conversation of Season 7, Marysol admitted to bestie Alexia that she was “worried” for their friendship if she got back together with ex Todd Nepola. “How do I work into that picture after all the s–t I’ve talked?” Marysol asked, referencing her vocal opposition to them reconciling on RHOM.

However, Alexia assured Marysol that she would “always” be in her life, replying, “It doesn’t matter what you said. You were a great friend to me, and you always have been. And he’s gonna have to understand that.”
Meanwhile in her own romantic life, Marysol and husband Steve McNamara “are looking for their next wedding location” where “water will not be served, but cockies sure will be.”
How Alexia Nepola ended Season 7 of RHOM
Finally, Alexia told Marysol that she, too, had made “a lot” of statements on camera that were “gonna upset” Todd and that she would “probably regret.”
After filming wrapped, Todd officially divorced Alexia in March 2025.Â
“They tried dating but have broken up — for now,” as Alexia’s RHOM Season 7 end card updated viewers, referring to the continued on-and-off nature of her and Todd’s relationship.
