Soft Bar + Cafe is off to a great start.
Since its official grand opening on September 18, Carl Radke’s non-alcoholic bar has received praise for its sleek interior design, one-of-a-kind drink menu, and unique concept. The Summer House cast member reflected on the reception during a recent appearance on Page Six Radio, saying he was especially grateful for all the support he’s received from his Hamptons Housemates.
“It’s been amazing to have the cast support,” he told hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy. “You know, obviously, we’ve all launched businesses or brands and have our podcasts or whatever it is, but everybody’s really rallied around it. It’s been cool to have them come in and see it and really kind of take it in, and the feedback has been great from them, too. I mean, I really appreciated them coming. I wasn’t sure how people would receive it, but it’s been good.”
Carl Radke confirms Lindsay Hubbard has visited Soft Bar + Cafe
Soft Bar patrons have included Summer House’s Jesse Solomon, Ciara Miller, Kyle Cooke, and, as we recently learned, Carl’s ex-fiancée, Lindsay Hubbard.

“It felt good,” Carl said about Lindsay’s Soft Bar visit. “I think she, you know, when she took it in, I think she was like, ‘Wow, it’s actually here.’ So, she was there, which was really sweet of her to stop by. I was honored that she would take the time and come. Given everything that’s happened between us, it was cool to just see that.”
Lindsay Hubbard’s Initial to Carl Radke’s “Sober Sports Bar” Concept
Carl shared his plans for the business in Summer House Season 8, Episode 3, when he was still engaged to Lindsay. Carl, who has been on a years-long sobriety journey, told his then-fiancée he wanted to open a “sober sports bar” to “hopefully help other people.” Lindsay immediately made it clear she wasn’t on board with the idea.
“Sorry, I’m gonna have to say no to that one,” she told Carl. “Working in the hospitality industry my entire life, representing every single lounge, bar, club, hotel, restaurant … I don’t want that for our future family.”
Carl Radke reveals where he and Lindsay Hubbard stand today
Carl called off their engagement shortly before their wedding date. He explained his decision during a March 2024 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, saying he didn’t think he and Lindsay had a “stable relationship.” Although they hit a few rough patches following their split, the exes have taken steps to repair their friendship.

“It seems to be on a better path,” Carl said on Page Six Radio. “I mean, obviously we’ve gone our different directions, but you know, there’s so many mutual connections and friends. There’s so much history, and I would find myself even laughing at stuff from the past with her at times. But yeah, we’re taking the right step forward, I think, and just kind of going one day at a time.”
