How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and Bravo.

Far away from her home, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member took her social media followers along with her on a recent trip to Panama City, where she sought stem cell treatment and a potpourri of medspa services from a professional research center. She shared a series of videos and photos on her Instagram stories from the multi-day trip, offering an intimate view of her procedures.

Micro-needling, a minimally invasive procedure using tiny needles to puncture the epidermis and promote collagen, was Erika’s method to tighten her face’s skin, utilizing a trifecta of hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and “the for-real deal” exosomes. Erika recorded the cosmetic routine as the medical professional worked at “different depths” to “make this skin tight and pretty… to regenerate.”

Next up, Erika used stem cell and exosome injections for the “clicking” in her knee and what was diagnosed as a problematic tendon in her quad — perhaps not the most painless procedure, as the Housewife grunted and squeezed a stress ball while experts administered the shots. On the way home, she confessed to previously undergoing three surgeries for the troublesome knee, “so this was an attempt to make this better.”

Later, Erika waved from inside a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, looking cozy in her gray pajamas. Drip therapy was also part of the multi-layered process, as seen in one of her snaps.

Erika Jayne reveals her go-to skincare routine

Those following EJ across the seasons are no strangers to Erika’s frequent skincare routines. The Housewife has long “struggled” with sensitive skin, and regular makeup applications and removal have caused the Bet It All on Blonde performer to endure flareups, her cosmetic dermatologist revealed in 2024.

Erika’s skincare routine hasn’t changed much over the years, bar a few tweaks. In 2018, Erika put everything out there about her skincare in an exclusive interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish. “I believe in being under the care of a dermatologist. I’ve always said that. I think that the better base foundation you can create, meaning your skin, that the healthier that it is, the better your makeup’s gonna look,” she said at the time.

Continued the Housewife, “My favorite treatment? Hey, man, I love a good ol’ laser treatment. To get all the redness out … Make you pretty.”

She copped to having a “friend” from out of town named John after she and the rumored beau were spotted holding hands in Los Angeles, a moment caught by photographers. In the July 30 episode of her Diamonds in the Rough podcast, Erika explained, “I met someone and we went out on two dates.” She said they were “simply walking” after she received a manicure and pedicure.

Erika stopped short of calling John her boyfriend, but said, “It was really nice. Like, I feel comfortable holding this person’s hand, and he’s a nice man. You know, I haven’t been seen with anyone in five years.”
