The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga didn’t just visit their daughter, Antonia Gorga, during her college’s Parents’ Weekend; they celebrated Gorga-style in the most delicious way possible.
Melissa and Joe went to see the 20-year-old junior at the University of Delaware, showing their ongoing support as her college journey continues. Not long after Antonia paid the fam a “surprise” visit at their New Jersey home because she missed her mother’s homemade sauce, the Gorgas made the most out of their visit to Delaware. During the trip, they also made some stretchy, stringy, fresh mozzarella, as seen in a series of snaps and videos on their Instagram Stories. “This is what we do after the [parties],” Melissa captioned a photo with an Italian-flag graphic as they worked together on the cheese.
Meanwhile, on TikTok, Antonia shared a video of Joe and her roommate’s dad hand-stretching the mozzarella, adding a heartwarming anecdote: “My roommate’s dad is an old-school Italian who reminds me of my nonno, my dad’s dad … My dad kept saying, ‘He reminds me of my dad,’ with the biggest smile on his face, and I thought it was so bittersweet.’” (Of course, she was referring to Giacinto Gorga, who passed away in 2020.)
Later, the Gorgas posed for a few snaps to celebrate the on-campus celebration, not long before Joe appeared conked out sleeping on Antonia’s Instagram post.

State lines might divide the parents and their only daughter, but there is no end to Melissa and Joe’s ongoing support.

Antonia, the big sister of Gino Gorga and Joey Gorga Jr., returned for her junior year after spending the summer in the Garden State, where she spent a lot of time at their vacation home on the Jersey Shore. When moving back into the dorm at the beginning of the school year, her father was the first to help move her furniture into the new pad.
“‘Dad, do this. Dad, do that.’ You better remember who your daddy is,” he told Antonia while lugging a dresser down the hall. “Daddy is sweating. I wanna see you sweat for me when I get old, and I’m sick, and I can’t poop anymore, you gotta wipe my butt.”
Antonia’s response? “Ew.”

Once settled back in at the university, Antonia gave followers an inside look at her dormitory, showing off the Manic Cherry skateboard decks on her wall and a framed poster that stated, “Need money for Porsche.” The room was filled with a magenta-colored light, and Antonia captioned the Instagram Story, “Year 3,” with a black heart.

Separately, Antonia shared a snap of her Alpha Phi sorority sisters doing outdoor yoga, a sure way to incorporate mindfulness into the new academic year.
Just before she headed back to school, Antonia shared her new car with the world, a shiny black Porsche soon after she celebrated her 20th birthday in New Jersey. Or, as Antonia called it, “My new baby.”
