When Eileen returned to Days of Our Lives over the for Peacock’s Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem, she played multiple characters over two seasons. In Season 1, she played Kristen DiMera. In Season 2, she was Sister Mary Moira Banks, as well as Thomas Banks (pictured below). When Eileen stepped back into the Days of Our Lives world during the Peacock limited series, Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem, she reunited with many of the stars from the franchise, including fellow RHOBH alum Lisa Rinna, who also returned to the soap opera for the limited series. Eileen’s husband, Vince Van Patten, also appeared on the show.

Eileen still acts in the soap opera world. In fact, Eileen’s acting career was again recognized as she was recently nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for her work on the soap opera, The Young & The Restless. The winners for the 2025 Daytime Emmy Awards will be announced this October.
Speaking of Emmy Awards, Eileen has already has been there and done that. She won her first Daytime Emmy Award for Best Actress in 2014 for her work on Days of Our Lives, which streams on Peacock.
Would Eileen Davidson return to RHOBH?
While her focus in on acting, in December 2024, Eileen revealed if she’d ever return to RHOBH after she exited the show in 2017 to commit to more to being an actor. The topic came up after Kyle Richards revealed around that time which alum she’d like to see make a return.Â
“You know who I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is Eileen, Kyle revealed at Bravo’s Fan Fest 2024Â in Miami last November. “I love Eileen! I love Eileen, yeah.”
Eileen’s response? “That is so kind,” she told The Daily Mail. “I love Kyle, and it’s nice to be missed.”
