Texas Murderer Kills 3 in Houston Shooting Spree, Then Turns Gun on Himself – Crime Online

Three people were shot and killed in two separate shootings in the Houston area on Wednesday, all perpetrated by the same gunman who later killed himself.

In the first incident, a 47-year-old woman was found just before 1 p.m. inside her vehicle in Sugar Land with multiple gunshots. She was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead, while the gunman fled the scene, KPRC reported.

That shooting was initially reported as a road rage incident, but police later said that the 42-year-old killer had been in a relationship with the woman he murdered.

Sugar Land Police identified the victim as Shelly Perrault, according to KHOU.

About 45 minutes later, Houston Police said the killer drove up to a mechanic shop in southwest Houston and got into an argument with a mechanic there. The murderer shot and killed the mechanic as he drove away, then shot and killed another man nearby who was recording  on his cell phone.

Surveillance footage from the shop showed the murder get out of his car and chase one of the men before gunning him down, KPRC said. One of the men killed was the owner of the shop.

Witnesses told KTRK that the gun man was a customer at the mechanic shop and knew the man he killed. The second man who was killed, police said, worked at another auto shop across the street and was recording to try to get the murder’s license plate number.

Both men were pronounced dead on the scene, while a third man was taken to a hospital with a panic attack.

Then, at 2 p.m., Houston police responded to another shooting about three miles from the mechanic shop, where the killer had turned his gun on himself, according to KPRC.

Police don’t yet know a motive for the murders. A family member of Perrault said that he believed she and her killer had been separated for a number of years, according to KHOU.

Investigators have not released the identities of the killer or his other two victims.
