Although chief stew Aesha Scott worried a repeat primary guest could bring trouble for her interior team on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10, he might actually be bringing out the best in her green stew Victoria “V” SanJuan, who she marvels at in the above preview for Episode 4 (airing Monday, Oct. 20).

“I feel like this is a backhanded compliment, but I’m actually surprised how quickly V has been learning,” Aesha admits during her confessional interview.

It comes as producers flash back to Aesha calling V’s table setting “perfect,” and even declaring, “This actually makes me so proud.” A second flashback shows V excitedly saying, “I finally mastered how to put a duvet on.” Aesha also comes upon V packing for a charter guest ahead of schedule, with V noting, “[The guest] started packing her own [suitcase], and I was like, ‘Yeah, it’s already done—like I got it, girl!”

Aesha jokes with producers that V’s improvement is so good, she might actually be a robot with artificial intelligence. “If V was AI, I’d be a little bit concerned about how quickly she is progressing. Is it ChatGPT, or Chat GP-V?” Aesha kids as she and producers burst into laughter. “Oh, God, that was terrible,” Aesha adds, breaking the fourth wall.

How Aesha Scott and the crew are dealing with a difficult charter guest on Below Deck Med Season 10

When Aesha learned the primary guest of the second charter of the season was Jack Freeman, who she also had on board Season 2’s Below Deck Down Under, she knew her stews would have their hands full with his “specific” requests.

“Upon arrival, Jack would like the stews to unpack for him,” Aesha instructed Kizzi Kitchener and V on Episode 3.

But Jack threw the interior team a curve ball when he packed an excessive amount of luggage — including 40 pairs of shoes.

“I will warn you, I’ve brought a lot,” Jack told Aesha, who replied, “How many are you talking?” When Jack replied, “seven [suitcases],” Aesha was stunned and stared at at him open-mouthed.

“Having guests like these, they’re very specific with what they like,” Aesha said in her confessional interview. “So, I hope that Kizzy and V can keep up and deliver the standard which I really need to give them.”

When Kizzi and Victoria discovered all of the suitcases waiting to be unpacked, Kizzi exclaimed, “What the f—k?” as they both sighed.

“I’ve never seen this many clothes in my life,” Kizzi added. But the stews managed to pull off Jack’s request, even though they feared at one point they’d run out of hangers.

Why Aesha Scott was initially worried about her stews on Below Deck Med Season 10

As Aesha checked over resumes during the Sept. 29 episode of Below Deck Med, she debated who would serve as second stew, as both V and Kizzi lacked a ton of experience. It forced her to recall her former stew Bri Muller, who had difficulties keeping up with the laundry during Below Deck Med Season 9.

“I’ve written a little poem,” Aesha said in her confessional interview. “‘I’m a bit worried about V, because it rhymes with Bri, and I’ve got PTSD, from last season’s laundry.’”

V, who hails from Hollywood, Florida according to her cast bio, has four years of experience in the yachting industry, compared to Aesha’s nine.

But so far this season, V has been excelling at laundry, even though she said her first impression of Bravado was: “Why the heck is her laundry room so small?”
