The Real Housewives of Miami‘s Marysol Patton responded to explosive off-camera allegations from Dr. Nicole Martin.
During Part 3 of RHOM‘s Season 7 reunion, host Andy Cohen pointed out, “Recently on her podcast, Dr. Nicole accused an unnamed ‘friend of’ of hiring a private investigator to dig up information on her, in hopes of getting a mojito,” before asking Marysol, who the claim was presumably about, for her reaction.
Her two-word response? “Prove it.”
Marysol’s brevity continued when the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host further prompted her to theorize why the RHOM alum was bringing up this accusation now, despite exiting the series after Season 6. (Nicole made a cameo on Season 7, Episode 8, when she lunched with Guerdy Abraira.)

“Listeners,” Marysol replied, referencing Nicole’s Scrubs to Stilettos podcast that she co-hosts with The Real Housewives of Dallas‘ Dr. Tiffany Moon.
After Alexia Nepola chimed in to say, “It doesn’t make any sense to bring it up now,” Marysol declared, “Prove it, or we’re going to court.”
What Nicole Martin said about Marysol Patton on her podcast
As Andy mentioned at the reunion, Nicole never specifically mentioned Marysol by name when she first made the “wild” accusation on her podcast in July 2025. Among other things, Nicole claimed that one of the ladies hired a private investigator to find out information about her in order to “drop this bomb” and become a full-time cast member on the show.Â
Given that Marysol and Nicole were frequently at odds on RHOM, along with the fact that the former is one of only three “friends of” the show (along with Adriana de Moura and Kiki Barth), fans put two and two together and figured out who the Miami-based anesthesiologist was likely referring to.Â

Months prior to Nicole’s podcast comment, Marysol had appeared at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp’s Two Ts in a Pod live event on November 1, 2024. On their podcast, the duo asked Marysol if she missed the dynamic Nicole brought to the group, which she denied.Â

Days later on Instagram, Nicole posted a clip of Marysol’s interview spliced with footage of her partying with Guerdy, Kiki, and Lisa Hochstein at a recent Miami charity event. As Nicole clapped back in her IG caption, “Real friends, not a friend of.” She also added face blowing a kiss and winking face emojis.
Would Nicole Martin return to RHOMÂ amid Marysol Patton drama?
When Guerdy asked Nicole during their Episode 8 meetup what it would take for her to come back to RHOM on a more regular basis, she stalled by taking a bite of her food, before coyly answering, “TBD.”
In her aforementioned July 2025 podcast installment, Nicole was a bit more forthcoming about making a potential return to the series, revealing, “I say never say never. … Would I consider coming back? I would.”
