Alana Hadid Gets Married with Gigi & Bella in Attendance: DETAILS

Wedding bells were ringing for Alana Hadid. Alana, who is Mohamed Hadid’s daughter from his first marriage, got married on Oct. 18 at her dad’s house in Los Angeles with her siblings in attendance, including her half sisters Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid and half-brother Anwar Hadid. When Alana said “I do” to her new husband, Ross Williams, Gigi, Bella, Anwar, and her sister, Marielle, were all in her wedding party, according to Vogue.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and Bravo.

The bride wore a vintage gown designed by Vivienne Westwood. “[When] I tried it on, I immediately knew it was mine,” she told the fashion publication about her wedding dress. Meanwhile, her sisters wore green dresses to celebrate their sister’s nuptials.

Alana’s former stepmom, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Yolanda Hadid, showed her love for the bride by leaving a heart emoji in the comments section on Vogue‘s Instagram and added “gorgeous” in a different post.

Anwar was clearly feeling emotional and posted a bunch of crying emojis about the big day. Gigi also reflected on the wedding on her sister’s Instagram comments, adding, “Op well I’m crying again.”

Who is Alanda Hadid’s mom?

While Gigi, Bella, and Anwar are Alana’s half siblings, Marielle is her sister from Mohamed Hadid’s first marriage to her mom, Mary Butler, who was also in attendance for her daughter’s big day. And, in photos posted by Vogue, Mary sat next to Mohamed during the ceremony. The publication also reports that Mary set up the “beautiful” bridal suite inside her ex-husband’s home for their daughter. (Mohamed and Mary divorced in 1992. Mohamed and Yolanda divorced in 2003 and share Gigi, Bella, and Anwar.)

“I’m so honored that so many people made the effort to come from all over the world, from Tunisia, Kuwait, from Paris, Hawaii—people who are important to us now, but also important to our marriage going forward,” Alana shared with Vogue about the guest list filled with the couple’s loved ones. “I feel like we were surrounded by love the whole time.”

Alana Hadid opens up about her family, including her sisters, Gigi and Bella

In an interview with The Daily Dish in 2016, she opened up about her family’s love for fashion (Alana has worked behind the scenes with fashion brands, and her siblings are, of course, models).

“I think my whole family just loves fashion because there is so much to play with in that world. There are really no boundaries here, and we are drawn to that idea. I think that we are creatives and, all in our own ways, fashion has just allowed us to be ourselves, which is so fulfilling,” she said at the time. “To do what you love and get paid for it is such a great experience.”

Mohamed Hadid opens up about his kids

Back in January, Mohamed shared a message for all of his kids. “You make me proud every single day. Baba,” he shared on Instagram at the time. (Months later, it was revealed that Mohamed is a dad to a sixth child, Aydan Nix.)

Mohamed has been open about his pride in his role as a dad to his children in a 2020 interview with The Times. “People don’t look at me as Mohamed Hadid. They look at me as the father of Gigi and Bella and Anwar and Alana and Marielle,” he told the outlet at the time.

Of course, this is the latest big event for the Hadid siblings. Before their sister’s wedding, Gigi and Bella walked in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show.
