It’s been a month of heartwarming reunions for Gabriella Giudice.
While pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan, The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter received a special visit from her mother, Teresa Giudice. The Jersey mom shared a peek at the weekend getaway in an October 19 Instagram photo, in which she and her daughter posed for a mirror selfie.
“Parents weekend [UofM] with my porcelain doll Gabriella,” she captioned the picture.

Teresa shared a closer look at the reunion in a series of TikToks, revealing what all went down on UofM’s game day. The mother of four posted a video of the Ann Arbor streets flooded with pedestrians displaying their UofM football pride. The TikTok then cut to Teresa at the Michigan Stadium, where she and Gabriella watched the Wolverines take on the Washington Huskies.
“Wow, this is so cool. Look at this,” she said while filming the crowd from a private suite.

Teresa went on to share footage of the Michigan marching band, “The Star-Spangled Banner” performance, and several game highlights. She also took a moment to reflect on Gabriella’s college experience and revealed her next chapter.
“I cannot believe she’s a junior,” Teresa said while sitting next to her girl.
The Jersey Housewife then confirmed that Gabriella was leaving the United States in early 2026, presumably to study abroad.
“She’s leaving me in January and going to Barcelona,” she continued, “but I’m just gonna have to visit you.”
“Exactly,” Gabriella responded.

The reunion occurred fresh off Gabriella’s 21st birthday. The college junior celebrated the milestone in Michigan, alongside her big sister, Gia Giudice. The Next Gen NYC cast member reflected on the festivities in the October 8 episode of her Casual Chaos podcast, revealing how she helped pull off an emotional birthday surprise.

“Gabriella’s boyfriend (Sal) actually ended up surprising her for her 21st birthday. She had no idea,” Gia said. “She likes to say that she kind of had some clues.”
Gia explained how she kept her little sister preoccupied as Sal landed in Michigan unbeknownst to Gabriella.
“I see those college surprises all the time, all over my For You page, when the boyfriend surprises the girlfriend and the girlfriend surprises the boyfriend,” Gia recalled. “So to actually see it, in real life, I was like, this is just so adorable. I actually started crying. I don’t know why the surprise made me so emotional. I think just to see my sister so happy, and it just went so perfectly, I started tearing up.”
