The mother of a missing Florida girl was arrested on Tuesday on child neglect charges.
Though Gabrielle Terrelonge, 10, was first reported missing on October 29, she was last seen in Broward County on June 21. The FBI said it was only after Terrelonge’s mother, Passha Davis, 34, was arrested that it was realized her daughter was unaccounted for, according to WSVN.
Terrelonge reportedly traveled between South and Central Florida with family. She was possibly with Davis before her arrest, according to WSVN.
An unidentified relative told the news outlet that she tried to take in Terrelonge because she and her mother were homeless.
“We don’t have any clue where she is,” they said.
Terrelonge was described as standing 4 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, and having dark hair. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black long pants, and white Crocs.
Davis, who appeared in court on Wednesday, was ordered to remain jailed on $100,000 bond. She was also ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.
The FBI is involved in the ongoing search for Terrelonge — who is considered at-risk. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or the Margate Police Department at 954-972-7111.
