Larsa Pippen has added some festive flair to her South Florida home.
As October came to a close, The Real Housewives of Miami mom took to Instagram to reveal the recent changes to her multi-million-dollar abode. Larsa posted a photo of her dreamy outdoor space, where she had already started decorating for Christmas. You read that right; the Miami mom did not waste any time.

“Thx for coming to fix the lights Chris,” she captioned the October 30 Story.
Larsa made sure to tag Beyond Lighting Florida — a Miami-based company specializing in commercial-grade light displays for homes and businesses. The photo offered another look at Larsa’s stunning backyard pool, which reflected the row of palm trees wrapped in white string lights. There was also a large LED gift box positioned behind the attached spa.

Larsa Pippen sheds light on her approach to Christmas decorating
It’s clear where Larsa stands in the great holiday decoration debate. While some believe it’s unacceptable to display Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving, many people have chosen to start decorating their homes as early as October. Larsa’s position in the latter group isn’t too surprising, as her love for Christmas has been well-documented over the years.

She spoke about the holiday in a 2022 interview with The Daily Dish, revealing some of her family traditions and her approach to decorating.
“I feel like my Christmas trees change every year,” she said. “So last year I opted for, like… I wanted a 15-foot, gorgeous, high, you know, just like a lot of decorative stuff. A lot of lights. And this year, I just wanted just a lot of pretty lights. [I] didn’t put any ornaments on this year. I wanted it to be more simple.”
It’s unclear what tree style Larsa will opt for in 2025, but it’s safe to assume the decorations will be stunning.
Larsa Pippen reflects on her home move and renovation
Larsa moved into her Miami house in 2024, shortly after selling her $4 million penthouse. She reflected on the change in RHOM Season 7, Episode 7, insisting she loved her previous condo but wanted something more family-friendly.
“So, I purchased a nice house,” the mother of four said. “But it’s not move-in ready.”
Larsa has spent the past year renovating the home with the help of award-winning design firm 2id Interiors. She has since updated her bathroom, closet, and outdoor space, and elevated her entryway with a gorgeous Zen garden.
“This is the first house that I’ve owned by myself. This is, like, my house,” Larsa continued. “It’s five bedrooms. It’s got a great backyard. … This is a new chapter for me. I think this [is] more of, like, my style, my vibe.”
Although she’s already embraced the Christmas spirit, Larsa made sure to enjoy some Halloween fun. See how she and her boyfriend, Jeff Coby, celebrated the spooky holiday.
