Calah Jackson of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys is moving on up in the world.
Since walking away from production on the Season 2 finale, the ex-girlfriend of Steven McBee Jr. hasn’t stopped to rest on her laurels, whether celebrating her birthday in Chicago, attending star-studded film festivals, or returning to her hometown of Dallas, Texas. But more recently, she teased a move into a new place, as featured on the jetsetter’s Instagram Stories.
In one “GM” (good morning) post from Nov. 9, Calah shared a snap of a cozy cat resting on a porch chair before a green colored house. But even more telling, she followed with a photo of a stunning new high-rise with vaulted ceilings and industrial-styled touches. Followers could plainly see a purse atop a marble and wood island counter, central to the still unfurnished, spacious layout, complete with pendant lights, exposed ductwork, and stunning views of the city.
“New chapter loading,” she wrote with a handful of exclamation marks.
The update comes months after she broke things off with Steven, following a rocky three-year relationship, and days after Steven announced a new relationship with social media influencer Allie Eklund.

Steven stated he’d “never been so certain” when going Instagram official with his new girlfriend on Nov. 3. Since then, the Missourian and acting head of McBee Farm & Cattle and his new leading lady continue sharing post after post of their time together, primarily at and around Steven’s rural Gallatin-based home.
Amid the flood of romantic gestures and quality time spent with the rest of the approving McBee family, Steven has called it the “dream life.”

Where do Calah Jackson and Steven McBee Jr. stand now?
There has been little on social media to suggest an ongoing relationship between the former couple ever since Calah headed back to Texas, leaving Steven alone at his brother Jesse McBee’s wedding.
As Calah told producers at the time, “Our relationship has been a rollercoaster ride, and I need peace in my life. I don’t want any more drama. So, today was not an easy decision for me, but it’s time to end this and jump off the crazy train.”
Over the summer, Steven told Bravo’s The Daily Dish that he and Calah hadn’t spoken since the dramatic finale, though he wished her “nothing but the absolute best.”
He added, “She’s an incredible woman and we have so many great memories created together, even through the tough times.”
There’s more to come now that The McBee Dynasty has been renewed for a third season.
