California police are looking for a woman who vanished last week and may be the victim of foul play.
Danielle Staley, 35, was last seen near Rio Del Mar State Beach on Friday. Santa Cruz County deputies said Staley may be at risk and foul play is potentially involved in her ongoing disappearance, according to KSBW.
However, details regarding Staley’s disappearance are scarce — including what new information has led police to suspect foul play is involved.
Police said they are seeking surveillance footage taken from Beach Drive, Rio Del Mar Boulevard, or the Esplanade between November 5 and 7.
Staley was described as standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighing 120 pounds, with blond hair. She was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and leopard-print leggings.
Anyone with information regarding Staley’s whereabouts should call Santa Cruz County police at 831-471-1121.
