Texas authorities are searching for primary care nurse practitioner and US Army veteran who was reported missing on Tuesday when she failed to board a scheduled flight to Atlanta.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said that Anita Elizabeth Gould, 56, was last seen Monday morning between 5 and 6 a.m. and had been scheduled to fly later that day.
She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds and was last seen wearing a black shirt, pink jacket, and two-toned pants. She was driving a black 2019 Buick Enclave with Texas tag NUMEDV.
According to the San Antonio Express News, Gould is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing. She owns Haute Wellness &MediSpa in San Antonio.
She is a retired Army lieutenant colonel who served for 30 years and won multiple honors during her service. Gould is a native of New York who came to San Antonio after her retirement and opened Haute Wellness in 2022.
