All crew, all crew! The Below Deck Mediterranean midseason trailer for Season 10 is here, and there appears to be some stormy weather in the forecast.
The explosive sneak peek, which premiered on Friday, November 14, features Captain Sandy Yawn’s crew, — including Aesha Scott, Nathan Gallagher, Max Salvador, Josh Bingham, Kizzi Kitchener, Victoria SanJuan, Cathy Skinner, and Joe Bradley — navigating messy hookups, charter guest issues, and the intense fallout from both.

Nathan Gallagher and Gael Cameron’s relationship comes full circle
At long last, Gael Cameron makes her Below Deck Med Season 10 debut!
“What are you doing tomorrow?” Nathan asks his then-ex-girlfriend in the sneak peak, to which she replies, “I’d be happy to come out with you.”
Their reunion isn’t exactly smooth sailing, though. After Nathan confesses that he “kissed Kizzi,” Gael tells him later, “I hate you.”

In a confessional, the first-time bosun admits, “It’s f–king devastating. I might have lost the love of my life.”
Another clip from their night out previews Gael tearfully telling Nathan, “I hated you so long. Every part of me wanted to never see you again.”
Not to worry, though: The main Season 10 supertease already showed Nathan posing next to a pregnant belly, and the couple, indeed, welcomed a son, Kayden, in June 2025.
Nathan Gallagher has “lost control” of his deck team
Outside of his personal life, Nathan’s leadership skills are also called into question, even despite the double firings of deckhands Christian Trimino and Tessa Budd.
“Nathan’s really lost control,” Captain Sandy declares in one moment, following clips showing more safety errors and flaring tempers.
As more team conflict ensues, Nathan vents to Max, “We don’t do things your way, Max, we do them my way.”
The deckhand, then, adds in a confessional, “Nathan is like a bomb that’s about to explode.”
Joe Bradley makes a major dating “mistake” amid cast hookups
Aesha comically describes a “swirl of sexual tension” in the sneak peek’s opening moments. Amidst a quick montage of boatmances and hookups — and Kizzi admitting that “90 percent” of her thoughts are “about sex” — Joe’s love life comes into focus.
“I would like to bring you to where I live,” he tells an excited Victoria, who, so far, has taken their fling much more seriously than he has.

Though it’s unclear if Joe hooks up with Kizzi or the new stew, Cathy, the off-camera kissing sounds that can be heard next make clear that something happens.
“You told me, ‘I’m not gonna do anything physical with any of the girls. I give you my word,'” Victoria reminds him during a tense conversation, before revealing that his “word was broken.”
Cut to Joe crying on the deck, looking at his on the phone. “I made a mistake,” he says in a voiceover.
The Below Deck Med crew reaches a breaking point
Adding to the mounting drama are the demands and antics of some of the remaining Season 10 charter guests.
“The guests are, like, pressing on us too hard,” Kizzi explains in a confessional, before a bathtub overflowing with bubbles is shown. “The crew is starting to bend and break.”
Chef Josh, meanwhile, reaches his limit with Cathy’s “vibe of f–king around” as she sprays whipped cream in various crew members’ mouths in his galley.
“I’ve spent all day on these f–kin’ dishes,” Josh fumes, to which Cathy — who’s wearing pink satin pajamas with a sleep mask attached to her forehead — flippantly salutes him, in response.
