Although she’s made multiple home moves over the past several years, Heather Dubrow still has plenty of love for Orange County.
The mother of four addressed her living situation during the Bougie, Not Basic panel at BravoCon 2025, just a few months after she and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, sold their Beverly Hills mansion.
Does Heather Dubrow reside in LA or Orange County these days?
“How are things in Orange County?” moderator Michelle Collins asked The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member. “Or are you in Beverly Hills now? Where are you living?”
“So, we’ve been back in Los Angeles for the last couple of years,” Heather explained. “But, you know, our roots are in Orange County, and all my girls are there, so, you know, we go back and forth.”
Michelle and Heather then had a quick, friendly debate about the Beverly Hills and Orange County shopping experiences. The former argued that the OC’s South Coast Plaza was among the best shopping destinations not only in California, but in the entire United States. And although Heather admitted that the mall was nice, she said it couldn’t compete with Beverly Hills’ shopping.
“South Coast Plaza is very good,” she said, “but come on, you can’t beat Rodeo Drive.”

“With two kids at college, we’ve been thinking about our next move,” she told the outlet in 2022. “We just bought a cool penthouse in LA, and sometimes, the universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!”

“It’s hard when you know you’re walking away from a project to put one more dime in it,” she said in a confessional. “First, I thought of this as a failure because I can’t imagine not seeing the project through the end. But the more I think about this house, the more I realize how not viable it truly is for our family.”
Will Heather Dubrow buy another house in the OC?
Although Heather still owns a home in the OC, it appears she has no intentions of expanding her presence there. This was essentially confirmed in the RHOC Season 19 finale, which referenced her previous polygraph admission about wanting to join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast.
“She doesn’t plan on buying a new place in Orange County… And that’s no lie,” her finale update read.
