Although chief stew Daisy Kelliher seemed to hold it together during an explosive dinner on the crossover charter with The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6, a new preview of Below Deck Down Under Season 4 gives a new look at the stress and panic Daisy faced during an intense meal service.
“This is insane,” Daisy says in the preview (watch above) as she peels back the curtain and shows viewers the other side of the crossover charter. “Trying to do this dinner service and communicate with Ben [Robinson] right now is annoying as f—k. We’re having to interrupt World War III, being like, ‘Excuse me, can I take your plate?’”
Just after Daisy and the crew serve Chef Ben’s starter on Night 1 of the charter, Meredith Marks and Britani Bateman launch into an argument that ends with water being thrown and broken glass for deck/stew Mike Durrant to clean up. Cameras capture Daisy closing her eyes and taking deep breaths by herself in the corridor of the motor yacht Katina.
“Interior, galley needs to know whether or not they should plate,” returning sous chef Alesia Harris says to Daisy over the radio in the middle of the stressful moment. Daisy responds, “They’re fighting about seizures.” Alesia continues, “If we could get a time, that would be great.” But Daisy throws her hands up in the air in frustration and replies, “I don’t know when they’re going to start eating.” After a moment, Daisy updates the galley on the radio that “they’re kind of stopping.”
“I mean, I don’t want to really piss these Housewives off,” Daisy explains in her confessional interview. “That doesn’t sound like my idea of fun.”
Daisy eventually alerts the galley that she plans to clear in two minutes, prompting an exasperated “finally!” from Chef Ben.
She shares her annoyance with other members of the crew, telling them in an alcove, “It’s the irony—it’s kicking off, and we’re just cleaning their plates.”
A moment later, Daisy runs down the stairs, muttering to herself, “Okay, this is crazy,” before calling the situation “un-f—king-hinged.”

Deckhand Eddy Hounsell then gossips about the situation to Ben in Alesia in the galley, reporting, “They’re full-on having a bitch fight up there.”
Ben chants, “Yes! Bring it! Bring it! Get the axes!” as returning cast member and second officer João Franco looks on in amusement.
Although Daisy hopes the worst is over, she appears shocked when Mike reports back it’s “still kicking off” at dinner.
