Andy Cohen is back on the East Coast, and his two children had a heartwarming way to welcome him home from BravoCon 2025.
After an action-packed and Bravoleb-studded weekend in Las Vegas, the host of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen touched down in New York City to be greeted by his son, 6-year-old Benjamin Allen Cohen, and his 3-year-old daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen. Andy shared “Ben’s note on my itinerary,” showing an official Bravo letterhead with the child’s adorable scrawling in pen that read, “The Family Cohen Ben Daddy Lucy.”
The Bravo exec shared a handful of teary-eyed emojis with the heartfelt post, and he didn’t come home empty-handed, either. In a Nov. 17 Instagram Story with the caption, “Home!”, Andy shared a pair of Labubu collectible stuffed toys, compliments of one Vanderpump Rules alum.
“The kids love their Scheana Shay Labubus,” Andy wrote, sharing a snap of the toys with the NYC skyline out the window of his West Village home. The plushies wore customized black shirts with pink print reading, “My Good Side,” the title of Scheana’s New York Times bestselling memoir. What’s more, the single dad returned with a souvenir Nevada license plate with his son’s name.
Andy later also shared that he got a sweet note from his kids. It featured a drawing of a cute heart-faced person with hearts drawn around them. “Love letter waiting for me last night,” Andy captioned it.
As Andy settled back into his dad routine, he shared that he and his kids were also viewing some Bravo. “Is it bad I’m letting my kids peep RHOBH before school!?”
Before coming home, at BravoCon 2025, Andy opened up about his life as a single dad to his two kids, saying it “saved my life.” (Check out the full video at the top of the post for more on Andy talking about fatherhood.)
Andy Cohen shares a look at life at home with his kids, Ben and Lucy
Andy has always been a proud father to his kids, sharing everything from the sweet to the funny when it comes to their family dynamics. “Epic” Halloweens with the kiddos and summers in the Hamptons have just been a couple of ways to bring them closer together.

More recently, on Nov. 8, Andy shared a video on his Instagram Story of a home makeover of his kids “‘Doing’ Daddy’s Hair (at an ungodly early hour),” he so captioned. Bows, braids, and toy blow-dryers were on the table.
“Wow. I kind of look like Kate Gosselin a little bit,” Andy said of the final reveal. “It looks great. I’m ready to face the day.”
Andy Cohen explains he is “grateful” for his children
Like many parents, Andy wishes he could press the pause button on Ben and Lucy’s growth. He made that clear in an Oct. 8 Instagram post, sharing a snap of the Cohen trio crossing the street for a family outing.
As Andy explained, “I want to freeze this moment in the evolution of my family so badly. I hear every single day how quickly this will go and to savor every minute. I am trying! I am grateful for it all as life’s clock ticks loudly in my head.”
He added a parenthetical, “This has been: ‘Deep Thoughts with Andy…,’” presumably a reference to the ’90s Saturday Night Live segment, Deep Thoughts with Jack Handey.
Who are Andy Cohen’s son and daughter, Benjamin and Lucy?
Andy welcomed “dream baby” Benjamin on Feb. 4, 2019, via surrogate, announcing to the world, “I’m in love. And speechless. And eternally grateful to an incredible surrogate. And I’m a dad. Wow.” Three years later, on April 29, 2022, Lucy came along. “Her big brother can’t wait to meet her,” Andy said following Lucy’s birth. “Thank you to my rock star surrogate (ALL surrogates are rockstars, by the way) and everyone who helped make this miracle happen. I’m so happy.”
Don’t miss how Benjamin had a helping hand in decorating the family’s NYC home.
