A Utah woman who vanished after a California bonfire has been found safe.
The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office said is a news statement Sunday that 35-year-old Danielle Staley “has been located and is safe and uninjured.”
As CrimeOnline previously reported, Staley was last seen near at a bonfire in Aptos, near Rio Del Mar State Beach, on November 7 at around 11:30 p.m.
Santa Cruz County deputies said Staley may be at risk with foul play potentially involved, after finding her personal belongings.
It’s currently unclear where she was found. No additional information is available at this time.
“We want to express our sincere gratitude to the community and to everyone who provided information and assisted in the search for Danielle. We truly appreciate it and are very pleased she was located and is safe,” the sheriff’s office said.
