Kathy Hilton is giving a new look inside of her relationship with her “forever” love, Rick Hilton, just in time for their 46th wedding anniversary. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 friend has been married to her husband for over four decades, and they still can’t get enough of each other. In fact, Kathy took to Instagram on Nov. 25, where she shared a look inside their marriage today as they posed in fashionable and sultry looks in their glam house.
In the photo, Kathy can be seen wearing a black lace dress, black high heels, and a glittery handbag, while Rick stood tall next to her, wearing a sophisticated white suit. “Happy anniversary to my forever date,” she wrote in the caption of the post, along with the abbreviation for the words “love of my life.”
Kathy’s RHOBH cast members took to the comments of the post, where they shared their well-wishes for the couple. “You both look incredible…and you’re just as amazing on the inside too!” Bozoma “Boz” Saint John wrote. “God bless you both. Happy Anniversary.”
“Happy Anniversary! You both look great!” Dorit Kemsley added.
“The forever couple!” Sutton Stracke noted.
Kathy also took to Instagram that same day, where she posted a video of Rick’s speech, taken at their 20th anniversary party held in 1999. “Blessed to spend another year with the love of my life,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Happy anniversary [Rick Hilton].”

Kathy and Rick’s oldest daughter, Paris Hilton, also got in on the celebration. Paris took to Instagram on Nov. 24, where she posted the same video from the anniversary party, and wrote the sweetest tribute to her parents in the caption of the post.
“Watching your love over the years has shaped so much of who I am,” she wrote. “Growing up surrounded by your kindness, support, and devotion is one of the greatest gifts of my life. Dad, the way you look at Mom with so much admiration still melts my heart. And Mom, the way you’ve always lifted Dad up and stood by him is the sweetest example of true partnership. Your connection is something so rare and beautiful.”

She continued in the caption of the post, noting how her parents have been excellent role models for her two kids, Phoenix and London. “Thank you for showing our whole family what real love looks like — loyal, steady, and unconditional,” she noted. “And now watching you both with London and Phoenix makes my heart so full. You’re the sweetest grandparents, and I’m so grateful they get to grow up with your love.”
“You’ll forever be my [relationship goals],” she concluded. “Love you both endlessly.”

Kathy had previously opened up about her relationship with Rick during RHOBH Season 14, Episode 10. While she admitted that being married for four decades isn’t easy, they’ve learned to grow together.

“We started out very young,” she admitted to a producer. “We grew up together. We enjoy the same things. We don’t have to be out to dinner with couples every single [night]…We enjoy being just together.”
