Quad Webb Gives an Update on Her Living Situation With King

Quad Webb may have celebrated her 44th birthday with her boyfriend King by her side, but, as the Married to Medicine Season 12 premiere revealed, the pair hasn’t made progress on one big next step: moving in together.

How to Watch

Married to Medicine premieres Sunday, November 30 at 9/8c on Bravo. Episodes stream next day on Peacock.

“Yes, we’re still in separate homes,” Quad admitted to producers during the Nov. 30 episode.

Still, Quad made clear that her relationship is going strong. “Since New York, things between us have been going extremely well,” she added. King agreed during their joint confessional interview, adding, “Love it—everything that comes with this little fireball right here.”

Quad first addressed her living situation with King during an exclusive January 2025 interview with The Daily Dish, calling it “easy” at the time. “It’s so funny, because our houses are really close to each other, so we kind of just land where we land,” she said. “Sometimes he’s here, sometimes I’m there. It’s a very seamless relationship. There’s no pressure at all, and I really like that.”

But the premiere suggested the situation has evolved. “I don’t really see myself moving into your house,” King admitted in a flashback during the premiere. Quad chalked King’s hesitation up to his “ego.”

For now, they seem stuck. “What’s the solution?” King asked about their housing situation, prompting Quad to concede, “We don’t have one yet.”

Quad Webb and King share more on their “journey” to have a baby

Quad and King’s desire to have a child together appears to be a major part of Married to Med Season 12, as the trailer shows their new efforts at conceiving through in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Quad’s physician, Dr. Jackie Walters, shows King how to give Quad a “perfect” injection as preparation for IVF. The trailer later shows Quad traveling to Ghana to try tomake their dream happen. “I’m willing to travel over to the motherland for my babies,” she reveals.

Quad discussed her commitment to having a baby with King during Married to Med Season 11, Episode 3, telling him, “I don’t think there will be a better person more suited for me, especially to raise a child with, than you.”

She later gave an official update that she was “in the process” of trying to have a baby during Part 1 of the Season 11 reunion. Although it can be a long journey, Dr. Jackie said at the time that they were “excited and hopefully overcoming all the challenges.” One of those challenges included removing fibroids, Quad shared with The Daily Dish in January 2025.

The Seaspn 12 trailer later also teases emotional moments ahead for the couple, as King tells a tearful Quad, “I decided to take this journey with you, but let’s be realistic.” Quad pleadingly replies, “Don’t do this to me.”

Quad made it clear that as soon as she had any baby news to share, the group would know. “I’m not hiding it,” she told the ladies during the Season 11 reunion.

How long have Quad Webb and King been a couple?

Quad and King became Instagram official when Quad posted pictures of her new “million dollar baby” in a June 9, 2024 post. It followed her divorce from Dr. Gregory Lunceford in August 2019 after six years of marriage.

King made his Married to Med debut during Season 11, Episode 2, and was met with approval from Dr. Jackie.

“We actually really, really enjoyed him,” Jackie told The Daily Dish in November 2024. “We love him for her. And so we thought that was a perfect match. I’m hoping one day we’ll get a wedding invitation. But we liked him a lot.”

Quad shared on the show that the two met “through a mutual friend,” and during King’s debut episode, also revealed they’d actually “been together for a year” at that point.

As Married to Med Season 12 begins, catch up on where the cast stands after Season 11.
