Vanderpump Rules’ Katie Maloney and her musician boyfriend have a rock-solid relationship, and they’re not afraid to show it.
The Something About Her sandwich shop co-owner regularly shares updates about the relationship she has with Sleeping with Sirens guitarist, Nick Martin, and most recently, she posted an Instagram Story of them lovingly looking at one another, writing, “I’m so thankful for [Nick].”
Nick reshared the photo and added, “Thankful every damn day for this woman.”
But that’s only one of many ways Katie has professed her love for her guy. For example, in a gushing Oct. 8 post on Instagram, Katie celebrated their first anniversary by stating “1 year, 12 months, 365 days and 525,600 minutes of loving you! Thank you for loving me,” complete with a honeypot and black-heart emoji.
Nick jumped in the comments with a PDA-filled message of his own: “Grateful & appreciative EVERY SINGLE DAY that I’m by your side. Thank you for changing my life in the most positive, fulfilling way possible. I love you.” The post was approved by former VPR cast members Charli Burnett and Katie’s Disrespectfully podcast co-host, Dayna Kathan.

Prior to Katie and Nick going Instagram official around this time last year, as fans well know, Katie was married to her VPR costar, Tom Schwartz. Katie and Tom were already an established couple when the West Hollywood-based series began in 2013, and their ups and downs were captured over the years, from their 2016 wedding (as officiated by Vanderpump Rules matriarch Lisa Vanderpump) to their 2022 divorce after 12 years together.

For his part, Tom is now with the “love of [his] life,” international model Kiana Carroll.
Following the divorce, Katie was linked to Satchel Clendenin, who was introduced to the rest of the VPR cast in Season 10.

All splits aside, Katie and Tom remain on good terms, and the Tom Tom bar co-owner was perhaps not-so-surprisingly approving of Nick, he explained to The Valley castmate Lala Kent on her Untraditionally Lala podcast.

“I love her boyfriend,” Tom said. “He’s a literal rockstar, and he’s just cool as s–t. And they seem so happy and in love. I don’t know the intricacies of their relationship, but it makes me so happy to see [Katie] happy. It really does, and I have so much love for her.”
