Jacqueline Laurita has so much love for her daughter, Ashlee Holmes. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum and her oldest child currently live on opposite coasts, but Jacqueline still finds ways to celebrate her, especially on her milestone 35th birthday.
Jacqueline took to Instagram on Dec. 1, where she posted so many photos of her and Ashlee taken over the years. In the photos, the mother-daughter duo can be seen posing on several red carpets, smiling together at photoshoots, hanging out at family events, and looking happy to be together. She took to the caption of the post, where she penned such a sweet tribute to Ashlee on her 35th birthday.
“Happy Birthday [Ashlee Holmes]!” Jacqueline wrote. “35 is the year to thrive! Wishing you love, peace, happiness, wealth, and good health beautiful girl! Enjoy! I love you! Xoxo!”
Ashlee then took to the comments of the post, where she returned the love to her mom. “Thank you. Love you,” she wrote.
Ashlee Holmes reveals that she’s “proud” of herself on her 35th birthday
Ashlee also took to her Instagram account on her birthday, where she posted a much younger photo of herself. She then took to the caption of the post, where she reflected on the past 10 years of her life. “I mean…what a decade,” she wrote. “I’m EXHAUSTED, but I’m okay.”
“Somehow still standing,” she noted. “Held up by gratitude for my son and the friendships that have carried me. There’s something about this birthday that is hitting me HARD. I don’t know why. I keep finding myself even more hyper-aware of time in a way I didn’t think was possible lol.”

“The leap from 25 to 35 has been violent (to say the least), chaotic, confusing, yet still occasionally beautiful,” she continued. “I’ve been through the absolute MOST this past decade of my life ha…but every messy bit of it made me who I am today. I’m proud of me, and I think little me would be too. I still have work to do. Some lessons I’ve had to learn more than once. I’m sure there will be more character development plot twists along the way…but I’m getting there. I’m looking forward to the next 10 years. Trusting His plan.”
Ashlee Holmes opens up about her “healing” journey
In November, Ashlee took to Instagram, where she opened up about her healing journey after suffering from panic attacks and how her belief in religion helped her with this. “I was in the hospital often, moving out of an apartment by myself with my son, starting over,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “I was so stressed, I was even losing my hair. The healing process after divorce (or pain) is not linear.”

“It’s been a journey getting to know Jesus through the peaks, the valleys, and every tear-filled prayer in between,” she noted. “I still get anxiety sometimes, of course. But I’ve learned to take my thoughts captive and surrender them to God (And I still haven’t had a true panic attack since 2023).”
