A sneak peek of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15, Episode 2 sees Erika Jayne open up about her estranged husband Tom Girardi like never before.
In the above preview clip, the “Pretty Mess” singer gets candid about about her relationship with Tom Girardi following his 2024 wire fraud conviction and June sentence to seven-plus years in federal prison. The topic arises after Sutton Stracke begins, “So, I know that you’re so over everything with Tom…”
“Oh, I’m not over that,” Erika interjects. “I’m heartbroken. It f–king sucks. Knowing that person and being married to that person for that long, and then to see him walk down the courtroom steps like that, knowing that he’s going to die in prison, that’s heavy. On any level.”
Sutton, for her part, wonders if Erika has plans to visit him. “I don’t know,” she responds. “But I’ve said that exact same thing, ‘What do I do?’”
Erika goes on to describe Tom being sentenced on his 86th birthday and the fact that he’s “really not in good health.”
“I have thought about visiting Tom,” she adds in a confessional interview. “Would he even want to see me? Would he know who I am? Is there gonna be some magical answer to all the questions I have? No. I’ve realized, through a lot of therapy, sometimes you’re not getting closure. You have to close it yourself.”

Who is Erika Jayne dating?
On the Oct. 12 episode of her Diamonds in the Rough podcast, Erika told RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp that John recently whisked her away to Panama for a romantic trip. In fact, “It was probably one of the best trips I’ve ever had,” she said.
“He and I had a really nice trip,” she continued. “Like dates and dinners and holding hands and walking around the old city of Panama. And it was so lovely. I was able to be and just sort of clear my mind, and I was really happy there.”

And as for what the future holds, Erika sounded willing to leave it to fate.
“I just don’t know what’s coming, and sometimes that’s OK,” she said. “I want inner peace. I want peace after these last five years.”
