Olivia Flowers and Alex Williams may have called off their wedding, but their relationship is still going strong. The former proved this on Wednesday, December 3, when she shared multiple highlights from what was supposed to be her wedding month.
“Well, November wasn’t the month I pictured… but it was still a special one thanks to these beautiful people,” the Southern Charm alum captioned the carousel.

The post offered an inside look at Olivia’s home and work life, including her boat day with Alex and their romantic stroll at sunset. There were also pictures of a belated Halloween celebration, a road trip, a cooking session, and Olivia’s at-home girls’ night on her would-be wedding day. She shared a closer look at the latter in a December 3 TikTok video, confirming she spent the evening with her bridal party.
“When your bridesmaids know how to pivot,” she captioned the video.
Olivia Flowers gets engaged to Alex Williams
Olivia began dating Alex in May of 2023, following her months-long relationship with Southern Charm’s Austen Kroll. She had met the Texas-based finance man at a mutual friend’s wedding, and got engaged to him nearly a year and a half later. Olivia spent the following months sharing updates on her wedding plans as well as glimpses at her bachelorette party and bridal gown search.
Although Olivia said the planning process was “overwhelming,” it seemed she and Alex couldn’t wait for their special day.

“So, we’re deciding between two venues. I’m pretty, pretty sure which one I’m leaning towards,” she told Virtual Reali-Tea back in April. “It’s in West Lake, where I used to live in Texas. So there’s sentimental value there… So I’m excited.”

Cut to October 2025, when Olivia announced she and Alex had decided to cancel their November wedding. She shared the news in an Instagram statement written by her representative.
“After much thought and many heartfelt conversations, Olivia and her fiancé Alex have made the difficult decision not to move forward with their wedding,” the message read. “This was not a decision made lightly, but one grounded in deep mutual respect and love for one another. While this isn’t the path they originally envisioned, they are profoundly grateful for the love and support of their friends and family. Alex and Olivia remain committed to each other with a renewed sense of clarity, strength and appreciation for honoring one’s heart.”
It’s unclear what led to the wedding cancelation.
