Would Vanderpump Rules’ Lisa Vanderpump ever sell her famous Villa Rosa mansion?
“I can never say never,” she said in a November interview with The Daily Dish, before delving into the different properties she and husband Ken Todd have owned over the years. “I’ve been privileged to have some of the most beautiful houses in the world, really.”
Among them is a home along the Mediterranean coast in the South of France previously owned by legendary film executive Jack Warner, a property so prestigious that even Frank Sinatra and Mia Farrow honeymooned there. “I sold that,” Lisa recalled. “Never thought I’d sell that one.”
She also recalled owning a house in London that she eventually sold to the Sultan of Brunei, though “If I’d known his policies, I’d have charged him double,” she joked. “But that was then, and this is now.”
All said, the timing hasn’t ever been right for Lisa to sell Villa Rosa.

Plus, there’s a big reason she wants to stay. “I’ve put a lot of animals there, including my husband,” she quipped. “But I mean, it’s very unlikely that I’d be zoned for livestock [anywhere else] in Beverly Hills. So, I can have little horses there.”
Seven dogs and swans also help Lisa’s hilltop property feel “like a little farm,” she added. “I’ve got a house in Vegas, but no, my residence is still here.”

Speaking of Las Vegas, as much as Lisa loves living the most enviable zip code in the world, she admitted to spending a lot of time in the former, where she has three established venues as part of her massive empire: Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace; Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas; and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at the Flamingo.
“I love Vegas,” Lisa said. “Coming from England, it’s just still the playground of the world to me. It’s like, to be able to go and see Kelly Clarkson one day and Absinthe the next day and the Sphere … there’s so much to offer in Vegas.”
“I just think it’s like going to a party all the time,” she added. “It’s fantastic.”

Lisa Vanderpump’s plans for a new hotel in Las Vegas
Earlier this year, the former RHOBH Housewife announced that The Vanderpump Hotel would be opening in Las Vegas in 2026.
As Lisa stated on Instagram, “What an honor to be working with [Caesars Entertainment] to take over [Cromwell Vegas] and turn it into the ultimate Vanderpump experience, opening 2026. We can’t wait for you to see it! Follow [The Vanderpump Hotel on Instagram] for updates and to follow along as we design something epic! Woohoo!”
