Mauricio Umansky clearly subscribes to the “work hard, play hard” philosophy.
After a year of career milestones and business expansions, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dad threw an over-the-top holiday party for The Agency, the real estate brokerage firm he co-founded in 2011.
The event went down on Friday, December 12, at Zouk Los Angeles nightclub, where Mauricio partied it up with his SoCal team members, including his oldest daughter, Alexia Umansky, and stepdaughter, Farrah Brittany.

Fans got a peek at the bash on Mauricio’s Instagram, where he posted videos of himself dancing alongside Alexia and Farrah (the firstborn of his estranged wife, Kyle Richards), as well as delivering a heartfelt speech to his employees.
“I just want to say that, my god, I’ve been walking around the room tonight and saying hi to you all, and just feeling everybody’s love and feeling everybody’s energy,” he said from behind the DJ booth. “I feel amazing and energized, because watching that is just incredible. So, I want to thank all of you for everything you all do, every single day… I love you guys. You guys are amazing. Congratulate yourselves.”

Alexia Umansky & Farrah Brittany thrive at The Agency
Alexia began working for her father’s firm in 2019 after graduating from Emerson College with a marketing communication degree. She is now a licensed agent specializing in homes in the Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Sunset Strip neighborhoods.

“I grew up watching my father work. I’d watch him show homes, sit at open houses, and build relationships with clients,” Alexia said in her employee profile. “He knows so much about every neighborhood in this city, driving around with him was always like a little lesson. As I grew up, I would come into the office to shadow him and always learned something new. Real estate is something I always knew I loved. And I quickly realized I could devote my life to this industry and be happy.”
Farrah has been with The Agency since its inception, beginning as the firm’s director of client relations. Since earning her real estate license in 2013, Farrah has helped facilitate more than $5 billion in sales.
Kyle Richards reflects on her daughters’ working relationship
Fans got a closer look at the family business in Buying Beverly Hills, a 2022 reality series that followed The Agency’s LA-area teams. Mauricio, Alexia, and Farrah were among the main cast, alongside Mauricio and Kyle’s other daughter Sophia Umansky. (Sophia confirmed she had stepped away from the real estate business earlier this year.)
“I’m always so fascinated by my daughters’ relationships, because they are truly each other’s best, best friends,” Kyle told The Daily Dish in 2024. “They never argue, and they’re all so different, and they just love working together.”
However, the RHOBH mom admitted she was a bit concerned about their decision to do their own reality TV show and the potential effect it would have on their bond.
“I was very worried about their relationship and reality television,” she continued. “But, they’re just so incredible, and they love working in real estate. Obviously, reality television, they’ve grown up in it, but it’s very different when they’re the focus.”
