Madison LeCroy’s baby girl just reached another milestone.
On Sunday, December 14, the Southern Charm cast member hopped on Instagram to document Teddi Randle’s “first haircut.”
“OK, this is our before,” Madison said in a video filmed from her new family home. “Tickle, tickle, tickle.”

The clip showed the 5-month-old girl sitting on her father Brett Randle’s lap as she held a pacifier in her mouth. Just seconds into the Story, Charleston-based stylist Patrick Navarro turned on his hair clippers and began to shave the infant’s head. Although she remained pretty calm during the cut, Teddi had a bit of trouble keeping her head still, which wasn’t too surprising considering her age.
“Can you hold her face?” Madison asked her hubby. “Maybe I can.”
“It’s gonna go from patchy to patchier,” Patrick joked.

Madison said she decided to buzz Teddi’s blonde hair because there was a noticeable patch in the back of her head. However, the cut caused a bit of a stir among Madison’s followers, as she received multiple messages questioning the decision. The Southern Charm-er posted some of the “nosey” DM’s in a subsequent Story.
“Your baby can have patches….” one person wrote. “We’ll handle the hair goals.”
Madison then posted a video from another mom who was left “thrilled” in the months following her baby’s first haircut.
“Normalize evening it out so it grows evenly,” Madison wrote.

But the mild backlash apparently kept coming. Madison returned to Instagram just minutes later to directly address the critics.
“Y’all are so f–cking annoying,” she began. “I literally am cutting off the patch of hair. I don’t even wanna tell you stuff. Some of y’all need to shave your heads and start over.”
The Southern Charm-er continued to troll the haters by posting a photo of little Teddi sporting a big brown wig.
“Mornin b*tches,” she captioned the amusing snap.
Madison shared a closer look at Teddi’s new ’do in a sweet family photo featuring her, Brett, and her 13-year-old son, Hudson, from a previous marriage. She then posted one of Hudson’s baby photos in which he was rocking a shaved head.

Madison LeCroy to open another hair salon in 2026
Although not everyone was convinced by Madison’s decision to cut Teddi’s locks, the mother of two has proven to be an expert on all things haircare. She began working in the industry during her teen years and earned her cosmetology license in 2014. She went on to open Maven salon in downtown Charleston several years later, but chose to close it down in 2022.
But make no mistake: Madison hasn’t lost her passion for hair and beauty. While she’s remained quite busy with her family life and various business ventures, she’s now gearing up for her big return to the haircare service industry.
