Southern Charm‘s Molly O’Connell blasted rumors that a “sugar daddy” paid for her vaginal rejuvenation surgery.
During Craig Conover’s Memorial Day party from Season 11, Episode 5, Molly vented to Venita Aspen about how Salley Carson had been, in her words, “talking s–t about my vagina.” A flashback to Whitner Slagsvol’s drama-filled birthday dinner confirmed that Salley had mentioned to Rodrigo Reyes that Molly “got a new vagina” and questioned, “Who do you think’s paying for it?”
As Molly explained to Venita and Rodrigo, “She’s claiming that I have a boyfriend and that he bought it for me.”

Venita, meanwhile, admitted that she was the one who told Salley that Molly had gotten “a little nip-tuck,” but insisted that she never specifically said a “boyfriend” had funded her procedure.
“I paid for it out of my account in 2019,” Molly clarified to Venita, before adding in a confessional, “I’m very open about the things that I get done, but the one thing that I really didn’t want to tell the entire world was that I got my labia cut off, OK?”
After Venita apologized, Molly said it was “f–ked up” that Venita brought the information to Salley, knowing that she would likely repeat the rumor. Regardless, Molly said that she would “let it slide” with Venita, given their bond.

A bit later, during Craig’s party, Venita encouraged Salley to “be nice” to Molly, who was standing within earshot. Puzzled by her friend’s comment, Salley explained that she and Molly were both “bitches to each other” at Whit’s birthday celebration.
That’s when Molly swiftly entered the chat to confront Salley about “talking s–t” about her after the party. Salley asked for more details on what she’d supposedly said before she and Molly hurled more accusations and insults.
“Sorry, I have a beautiful vagina,” Molly fumed. “Leave me alone. Are you jealous? Go get yours done.”

Salley’s response? “I did not talk s–t about your vagina. I’m sure it’s great.”
In a confessional, Salley added, “What the f–k? Venita’s the one [who] told me about the sugar daddy and the vagina. And I’m the one getting in trouble for talking s–t about it? I’ve never talked s–t about her vagina. I’m sure she has a lovely new vagina.”

The beef between Molly and Salley began before the surgery-related drama came to light, however.
In the second episode of Southern Charm Season 11, Molly revealed that Salley said she would hook up with Austen Kroll “the day after” he broke up with then-girlfriend Audrey Pratt. “I mean, if I [were] Audrey and I found out that Salley said that, I’d be like… ‘I’m gonna f–king fight you,'” Molly remarked in a confessional.
Then, in Episode 3, Molly explained to Venita that she was upset that Salley brought to Madison LeCroy’s attention that she was “drunk” at her baby shower. As such, Molly told Venita that she felt she could no longer “trust” Salley.
During the same conversation, Molly also accused Salley of being a “s–tty friend” for apparently staking her claim on Craig to bestie Charley Manley. “Salley can’t call dibs on every single man in Charleston,” Molly added.
By the time Whit’s literary-themed bash rolled around, Salley had caught wind that Molly had been talking about her behind her back, and tensions between the two reached an all-time high. The drama didn’t hit a full boiling point, however, until the so-called “sugar daddy” claims surfaced at Craig’s party.
