Erika Jayne is opening up more than ever about her relationship with her boyfriend, John McPhee.
In fact, while speaking with The Daily Dish on Dec. 18 during an exclusive interview, Erika first revealed that she had “just got off the phone” with John. “Everything is nice and everything is going great.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member went on to share what they’ve been up to in recent weeks. “Last week we were in Arlington Cemetery and laid wreaths,” she said, describing the experience as both “emotional” and “great.”Â
As for how Erika and John normally spend their time together, she noted, “We like to do all kinds of fun stuff.”
In addition to speaking with The Daily Dish, Erika also appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Dec. 18, where she revealed that she will be spending the holidays with John, who she described as “a very nice fella.”Â
What’s more, Erika confirmed that she and John have been officially dating for “six months.”
The news about Erika’s dating life comes after she first confirmed her relationship status with her boyfriend John at BravoCon 2025.

“We met backstage in London at a show I was doing,” Erika told The Daily Dish during the Dec. interview.

John is a retired U.S. Army special operations sergeant major, according to E! News. During a July 30 episode of her podcast, Erika revealed that he “doesn’t live” in Southern California, but she was enjoying every moment they spend together. “So this is a really nice person and I enjoy my time with him.”

No, Erika is still “not officially divorced” from her ex-husband, Tom Girardi. “It’s a pen stroke away,” she said during her appearance on WWHL.

Although Erika filed for divorce in 2020, it has not yet been finalized. She elaborated on this during WWHL, explaining, “I filed for separation. It’s very difficult to get someone whose incompetent to divorce. I have to ask the conservator. It’s just not that easy. Chill on that.”

Erika had previously opened up about this during RHOBH Season 15, Episode 2. “I have thought about visiting Tom,” she said during a confessional. “Would he even want to see me?
