Another Bellino is headed to the altar.
Nearly three months after marrying John Janssen, Alexis Bellino returned to Instagram to announce her son James Bellino’s recent engagement. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum celebrated the happy news with a heartwarming video that showed her 19-year-old son popping the question to Bella Luzi.
“And just like that my first born is engaged!!!! 12/17/25…” Alexis captioned the December 19 post. “These two have been together since they were 15 years old. 5 years later, they’re engaged!!!”

The Reel included photos and videos of James’ romantic beach proposal, complete with a trail of flowers and a sunset backdrop.
“James did it all …from making the plan, to finding the location, to directing each of us, to hiring the crew,” Alexis continued. “It was the most beautiful night. I could not have hand picked a better person for my son, nor wished for a better daughter-in-law. Our Brady bunch is forever growing. Welcome to the family sweet girl. We love you so much. What a beautiful Christmas gift.”

After the proposal, James and Bella were treated to a rooftop engagement party with friends and family. Alexis also documented the celebration on Instagram, posting photos of the floral centerpieces, engagement signage, and Bella’s beautiful marquise-cut diamond ring.

Alexis shares James with her ex-husband, Jim Bellino, whom she divorced in 2018. The former couple is also parents to 18-year-old son Miles Bellino and 18-year-old daughter Mackenna Bellino.
The twins are now seniors in high school, while James is a sophomore at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California.

Alexis reflected on her blended family in a 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, shortly before she got engaged to John. The OC mom said her children got along well with her now-husband, which boded well for their future.
“We’ve acclimated all of our families together, including our dogs,” she said. “We are moving in a direction of being in it for the long haul, so it’s exciting.”
Cut to October 3, when Alexis and John exchanged “I do’s” in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony surrounded by loved ones. Alexis and John’s respective kids walked the bride and groom down the aisle and received custom bracelets symbolizing their family’s new chapter.
“Blending our families fully, building a life rooted in love and faith, and continuing to grow together,” Alexis told People magazine after her wedding. “And lots of grandchildren, obviously. With six kids, there will be a lot of grandkids!… We’re excited for quiet mornings, six wild adult kids, travels, and new traditions as husband and wife.”
