Singer D4vd Will Likely Face Murder Indictment for California Teen’s Death – Crime Online

Sources say singer D4vd will likely face a murder indictment in connection with the death of his reported underage girlfriend, Celeste Rivas.

According to TMZ, sources said the indictment will likely come after an investigating grand jury finishes hearing the case, which could possibly continue into February.

The sources also reportedly told the outlet that the grand jury will then “vote on indictments” and that the District Deputy Attorney in Los Angeles County, Beth Silverman, believes that 20-year-old D4vd (Davide Burke) is culpable in the death.

Last month, a judge placed a security hold on the case barring details — including the cause and manner of death and the autopsy report — from release, following a court order initiated by the LAPD.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Los Angeles police found the Celeste’s remains on September 8, inside the trunk of Burke’s Tesla. The vehicle had initially been parked near his rental home, in the Hollywood Hills Bird Streets neighborhood.

Police found the vehicle at a tow yard in Hollywood after residents in Hollywood Hills contacted police about an abandoned car with a Texas license plate on September 6.

Celeste’s remains were found a day shy of her 15th birthday.

So far, police have not officially named Burke a suspect in the case, but the death is being treated as a homicide.
