Dr. Paul Nassif’s “mini-me” just hit another milestone.
On Friday, January 9, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dad and his wife, Brittany Pattakos Nassif, took to Instagram to celebrate their son’s first birthday. Paul began by posting a couple of photos of himself and Paul Jr. having a pool day at the Montage Laguna Beach resort.
“Somebody turned 1! My baby, my mini me, my Jr. I love you so much and you’ve truly completed our family,” Paul captioned the carousel. “Happy Birthday, Paul Jr. You’re the sweetest little boy and always are having so much fun; you always have a smile on your face and want to play.
He continued: “Seeing life through your eyes has been reinvigorating and life-changing. I can’t believe you’re already a year old & I’m so excited to continue to watch you grow. You mean everything [to] us. Time truly does fly; never waste a moment! With all the love in the world, Dadda.”

Paul also reshared a sweet montage originally posted by Brittany. The video began with a shot of baby Nassif’s birthday celebration at a restaurant. The get-together, of course, included Paul and Brittany, as well as their 5-year-old daughter, Paulina Anne. Also in attendance were Paul’s adult sons, Gavin, Collin, and Christian Nassif, whom the plastic surgeon shares with his ex-wife, Adrienne Maloof.
“Paul Michael Nassif Jr., Today is a very very special day for me, my beautiful son was born!” Brittany captioned the Reel. “The joy and happiness he brings to all of our lives is such an incredible feeling. I still remember the day when a medium reader told me that Paul’s mom was holding a baby boy in her arms and someone in our family will be having a baby soon. I never thought it was me but sure enough it was. I am forever grateful for my amazing husband [Paul] for giving me the best gifts in life. Happy birthday my sweet baby boy!”
The video showed Paul Jr. sitting before two birthday cakes: one was chocolate covered in sprinkles, and the other featured an elaborate — and very adorable — golf theme. The Reel also highlighted Paul Jr.’s hospital stay after his birth, his early days at home, and a sweet shot of him on a swingset.

But that wasn’t the only birthday the Nassifs celebrated this month. Earlier this week, Brittany rang in the big 3-5 with an intimate family dinner. She offered a glimpse at the celebration in a January 6 Instagram post, which included a video of her receiving a small white dessert as her family sang “Happy Birthday.” Attendees included her hubby, their two young children, and Paul’s three eldest sons.
“My birthday celebration! I cannot believe it’s been 9 birthdays with my baby [Paul] and our giant kiddos with many more to come!” she captioned the clip. “Thank you for all the birthday wishes!”
The carousel featured several heartwarming throwback photos, one of which showed Brittany and Paul posing alongside Collin and Christian during their pre-teen years. Brittany also posted footage of her birthday afternoon with a small group of friends. The clip showed the mother of two sitting on a sun lounger as her girls presented her with a chocolate cake. One of the preceding slides captured the crew holding glasses of Champagne, while another shot showed Brittany relaxing on the same lounger with her baby boy, Paul Jr.
“Also to my besties for making my birthday extra special!” she concluded the post.
The carousel garnered dozens of birthday messages, two of which came from Brittany’s stepsons.
“Love you,” Christian wrote.
“Happy birthday love you!!” Gavin added.

Paul shared a birthday tribute to his wife of six-plus years. He posted a photo of himself and Brittany standing outside the Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, where they and their kids rang in the holidays.
“Happy Birthday to the love of my life!” he wrote. “I’m the luckiest guy in the world to have you by my side every step of the way. You’re an incredible mom, stepmom, life partner and wife. You’ve made all of our lives so much better and that is something I will never take for granted. I love you more than life itself and I will show you that each and every day…”

Adrienne Maloof reflects on co-parenting with Paul Nassif
Paul married Brittany in late 2019, about seven years after he finalized his divorce from Adrienne. The ex-spouses have been quite open about their tumultuous split and their successful efforts to establish a healthy dynamic in the interest of their kids. Adrienne shed more light on the post-split relationship in a 2020 interview with The Daily Dish, revealing she and her ex-husband, Paul, “had to do a lot of counseling” following their divorce.
“I think that the show actually did me a favor by getting out of a relationship that was not right for both of us,” Adrienne said. “When I look back, I think it [the split] would have happened, it just happened sooner than later. The good thing is is now we are very good friends, care about each other. I believe we really worked hard, we work at it to make things right for our children.”
